Must be a new location. The #3 was full, no skimpy on the meat. The burrito was fat and the taco, too. It's been a long time since a Taco Bell satisfied my hunger. Service was quick and friendly.
This might the worst taco bell I ever been to. They say there open for breakfasts. Which starts at 8am. There never open at this time. Sometimes I will show up at 9am and there closed at the drive thru, as well as dine in. Maybe this taco bell should just be open for lunch and dinner, since they are not reliable when it comes to serving breakfast .
I love love this restaurant. The food and service is always on point and wonderful. Each time I've visited has been an awesome experience! Their whole red snapper is phenomenal...try it!
It sucks! They are always closed or you’re told it’s a 35 minute wait on Everything ?! Then they want to be outside protesting about $15/hr. Smh absolutely not gone ahead and collect that $10/hr. like you deserve. Know it’s some lazy ratchets working there, got a attitude when you pull up in the drive-thru lane. Like you bothering them, ?.
3rd time visiting this restaurant and it is closed - 2 hours before website states. I used the app to order which shows this location open. The app charged my card and of course when we got there, the restaurant is dark and closed. Who is managing this place? Where did my payment go?
Went to this location 3 times within the last 2 weeks after work, 6pm went to the drive through, fella told me the only way I can get an order is to do it through the mobile app. So I left. Tried again today 6/18/22 only to find a CLOSE AT 6 PM SIGN on the windows. But! web site says open. Place is shady. Went to another taco bell in Coral springs and they are open. What's up?
This place was closed tonight at 945pm without so much a sign. On other days they are always missing key items specially the Mexican pizza.. service sucks. But this is the closest Taco Bell to me so I always end up coming back.. HELP !!!
Ordered on Ubereats which quotes 10 to 15 minutes for food. The order quickly changed to "wrapping up" and the Uber eats driver patiently waited. After 30 minutes of "wrapping up" a crunch wrap and burrito, I called the store. They told me they had an order but their system was down, but he could see it now. Another 15 minutes of wrapping up and my driver finally got the order. The driver was fantastically patient and professional. My food was ok. None of the "extras" I paid for were added to my good. Black bean was like a paper thin paste on the back of the taco shell, and I paid for extra. Barely tomatos, I paid for extra. You order taco bell when you want junk food, guess it's also junk service..
I'm giving this Taco Bell 1 star because Melody or Harmony was very patient and nice, and Google will physically NOT allowed me to give a lower review. The rest of the staff however was incredibly rude. We were never even served our food. We saw they were busy when we arrived so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited roughly a half hour. There was no one left in the restaurant, and aside from drive thru orders they were not busy. We asked about our orders and the "supervisor" tried to gaslight us about ordering our food saying we didnt order. For 5 minutes he yelled at us as he made other orders saying we didn't order until finally he asked another employee to verify our order. She instantly pointed to the screen and showed us our order. The kicker to all of this is the "supervisor" fulfilled a portion of our order 2 minutes after we ordered. After we finally got our food the lady who gave it to us was EXTREMELY rude asking me to eat my food and sit down when I tried to check if my order was correct. The food also was very good and was made in a massive rush. My dad even got half of a quesadilla. Abhorrent service, do NOT come here until the supervisor is changed. I understand fast food is hard, but there's no need to gaslight customers!
Tonight the gentleman that was working the window was polite and professional which is an absolute change for this location. However they forgot three items. This location always shuts down early: quality is terrible. The owner of this place must not care about it succeeding, because with proper management it could be turned around fast.
