Not sure why I was being charged $20 for a footlong and a soda. The so called manager stated the prices went up which I don’t believe. Mind you I don’t add any extra meats so there’s no reason for it to be so expensive. Ended up paying $13 after I asked them to cut it in half which is what I would have paid if I had gotten the footlong. I was on my lunch break and had limited time otherwise I would’ve gone to Publix or Sublicious right across. In fact sublicious has subs for $8 if you get the 8 inch sub and $11.50 if you get the 12 inch with a decent amount of meat. This subway must’ve been charging every slice of meat for it to add up to $20 unless they’re trying to steal your card information.This is highly suspicious and I would never get a sub from here again I recommend everyone to do the same.
Used to be good but it’s now a rip off
Just a simple Subway, nothing special other than fresh ingredients and subs. Go here instead of all the other locations because staff is nice and never mess up orders.
Ordered online with the app for meatball sub only to be informed they did not have the subs available and could not cancel the order and get a refund.Manager took 30 min to come to the store.
I waited 4 hrs for them to have tuna and I was so disappointed in the taste, presentation and overall experience at this store.
I’ve been coming here for years business has changed a lot. There are some good employees working here very respectful they have patience. One of the employees told me their name she does such an awesome job I don’t really remember but I think her name starts with an A. A few years back I stopped going to other subways. Parkland is such a great area.
I love to go to this subway, I love the employees that are working there especially the two young ladies. They give me great customer service!! I always buy two foot-long sandwiches. I will continue to come to that subway. Other subways are not as clean that’s why I love to come to this subway. Not a lot of subways have good customer service like this one. The employees make my day!!
Same experience with the young girl. Extremely rude on multiple occasions. This place used to be awesome but now it’s a crapshoot. Talk about what one bad employee can do to your business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Young girl working Saturday night was extremely rude. Should find another job or be trained to be a little effen nicer. Around 8pm.
Sugar bread , protein and vegetables to absolve the guilt of the other two items. Meh... Worth it
