Besides the food?? that tastes as good as ever, the staff has been doing a great job.

Service is good. But the subs have been getting pretty pathetic. $9 for 2 tiny meatballs. They're hidden and dry and cold. I dont think we'll be going anymore.
The worse customer service in a work place. This was my first and last visit ever the young lady was awful she gave my to go order I. Awful wrapping and didn't provide it in a bag awful service by all employeesMy visit was on 12/18/21

Sublicious is the Only place left that sells Great Subs for a Reasonable Price ! ! ! Publix Subs are No Good because the Boars Head Meat is TASTLESS(NO TASTE). AND FIREHOUSE SUBS are so Bad they should GO OUT OF BUSINESS ! ! !
