Don't buy there If you want your order on time and expect to get the right products. Morning crew it's a mess, they send you to the wrong lane and make you wait to take your order. Maybe they are in the training process.

This store has such an amazing staff so sweet and kind. They get to know their customers and remember their name which is so welcoming when coming each morning.I've been there with other customers giving them a hard time and they handle any situation perfectly.Busy or slow they keep up the same energy.?

The experience at this Starbucks location was horrendous. We came with 3 families and kids. The employee approached us with a mean and annoyed face shortly after we set down. She asked us to quiet down the kids because it is too loud. She later said to her colleagues those F word kids. She introduced herself as a manager. When we brought it up she offered no apology or even acknowledgment of what happened. Never had such a terrible experience in Starbucks. Do not go to this location.
Fast. Efficient and haven't had a problem. Would reccomend
We went in the morning around 9:30. This is not my usual starbucks. I order a iced caramel macchiato and a Frappuccino. The Frappuccino was great the macchiato looked like milk and tasted like it. I told the girl, she immediately made it again. Which I appreciated, however it was exactly like the first one. I just left and didn't get another coffee until I was in my own starbucks area. Won't go back to that Starbucks again.
To begin this statement, I would like to note that not a single person welcomed me in, and after climbing over mountains of trash, discarded masks, straws, spills, and random outside drinks, I was then politely greeted by the smell of MOLD, and fifty year old grout. The floors stuck to my shoes and it seemed as if they hadn’t seen the floor themselves in years. Not only was the appearance horrific and ghastly, but the staff was inattentive, rude, and incompetent. Please get these people out they look miserable. The aura is so disastrous I wanted to tip the baristas to make them feel better, however by the way they talk about their manager I didn’t because she would steal them. Just the five minutes spent in this Starbucks in Parkland, FL, I discovered that the staff manipulates and shames other members, and the manager is a real piece of work. If at all possible please don’t step foot into this disaster and leave it all to the middle schoolers.
Friendly and attentive staff! Busy in the mornings on weekends but wait time is never an issue.
