Good Starbucks overall, usually pretty fast and clean. Have been using their drive thru for a while and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly.
I just had a unusual experience a few minutes ago at the drive through. I ordered a Grande Cafe Mocha 2 raw sugars and no Whip. When I got to the window to pay, I received a half of cup and no sleeve for the cup. I mentioned it to the barista he gave me the sleeve, without napkins for my sandwich. I mentioned I need napkins he gave me enough for a family. I told him I didn't need that many napkins, his response was,"Now you don't have to ask for them anymore." Is this how Starbucks treat their customers now??
This line takes forever! And I usually try not to go to this location because they don't know how to make the caramel Ribbon crunch Frapeccino the right way. Always missing something. Please get with your Baristas and figure that out. The cashiers are friendly, however.
Well, it is Starbucks and they are always awesome! This location was built only a few years ago. It is the only Starbucks in this area with a drive through. Good service. Long drive through lines. Order ahead or simply pay on the app and get free coffee, food or extra shots of espresso.

I’ve waited on the line for about 15 minutes…. As I finally pull up to the loud speaker, I am told verbatim by Tina “ I am srry we can not take your order, we are closed”. It’s is simply not fair at all to have to wait on line for such a long time as well as waste the gas of my car only to be told that you can’t be serviced. The appropriate action to take take would be to close the drive thru lane with a simple cone or rope and finish assisting the remaining people left on line waiting prior to closing time. This is really upsetting. 5/22/22
I love this location!!! They always get my order right and I never have to wait when I pick-up my mobile order! They always seem to be pretty well staffed, as I've found other locations in Coral Springs are easily overwhelmed on the weekends or during rush hours.
Of all the Starbucks around the world I've been in....this was the worst. The workers at this store should go to other Starbucks stores and see how they work the store. I didn't interact with the drive-up lady, so no reflection on her. No thank you or "what can we prepare for you". Would not go back to this store. I ate my blueberry muffin way before before my tea showed up.
One of my favorite locations. Staff is great and very efficient.
Overall it's a good Starbucks location. Besides making my Cinnamon Dolce Latte cold instead of hot (as ordered) the experience was good.
