Just bought a mint tea and hung outside for about an hour or so! I ended up having a little photo session w/ my reflection in the window & the beautiful trees surrounding me!
Very slowwwww lets put some energy into the employees ..maybe drink more coffee so u can move faster
Under staffed, only one person making the coffees the cashier keeps taking orders instead of making the coffees. Like 10 people waiting. My order was mobile I still had to wait another 20 minutes. It says drive thru, they don't even have drive thru service. I am still here. It is not even rush hour.
So, the good about this location is that it has a great layout and a nice aesthetic to it and they always get my order correct. The negatives are that this location is always dirty and the service is obscenely slow!!!! The tables are sticky and the outdoor furniture could use a refresh. I've done several mobile orders here and half the time I'm still waiting for my order after I arrive. It doesn't matter the size of the order- 1 drink or 3, it's still slow. The last time I went, I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast pastries. I drove 12 minutes from my house to pick it up and I didn't get my order until 35 minutes after I got there. I had to ask a worker about my order status and only then did it my order get worked on. In their defense, this place is morbidly understaffed. There's 1 barista, 1 one the register, and 1 covering the food part. Sometimes they'll get one extra support for the barista, but you can tell that the lack of proper staffing makes for a huge issue here. This place needs better management!
The staff here has serious attitudes (except Ja Ali) - disrespect is the norm and the management does nothing about it - years of evidence. Starbucks customer service has severely degraded over the past several years. I get that people can be difficult, but it's the service industry. When you have a job in hospitality and food service you need to be hospitable. I work from here often because the layout is accommodating to getting work done. I think it may be the neighborhood, because this has to be the worst Starbucks experience w/ the exception of the layout. Looking forward to a new brand which upholds their brand values.
This store is ridiculous.20 minutes for a cold brew, when the ap says 8 minutes?If I didn’t ask about it, I would still be waiting.I have had excessive waits at this location before and every time I order ahead at this location I’m frustrated.This spot might be okay if you order in store, but for mobile orders, they are awful.
This location was a regular hangout when I lived in Coral Springs. Back then it was clean, well-managed and friendly, but that was eight years (and a lifetime) ago and, well....it's turned into a nasty, dirty, disorganized, mismanaged mess! My guess is that it's a reflection of that whole area of Broward County. Sad!

i barely go to starbucks but the custom drinks on tiktok made me wanna try things. sarah was really sweet and helpful with my first custom drink. i asked for suggestions bc i wanted to adjust certain ingredients n the sweetness of the recipe and she gave me great alternatives and recommendations. i love how my drink turned out :)
If you need a cup ? ☕ of Joe (coffee) look no further than Starbucks at The Walk in Coral Springs. They also have chocolate chip cookies ?, bagels , brownies. There is iced coffee, as well as specialty drinks.... Enjoy yourself at Starbucks!!!!
