Smoothie made me sick to my stomach and gave me diarrhea all night. Bad dairy
Really hope this review distracts future business. Smoothie king sends out a promotional free smoothie for me to go there and waste my time to find out that the store is refusing to participate. What a lousy owner. Bad business. Tropical smoothie is my new go to.
The Cashier Mariana And Everyone at this location is very rude. this is my second and last time coming to this location just because of how rude they are. you are not greeted when you enter which i know FOR A FACT is required at smoothie king because i am a former Shift Supervisor at the pompano beach location. The cashier just stands there drinking a 32 oz drink in our face no greeting ir anything and just waits for us to order . we ended up adding an extra fruit and she didnt even tell us that it was buy one get one free which was a waste . we realized that afterwards.. crew members chatting instead of making drinks and someone else came in out of uniform. horrible management shame on whoever is the shift leader and owner of this location
The employees are always so nice and have good energy. Also I don’t like protein shakes but the have the best. Strawberry hulk with added weight gain ?
The service here is PHENOMENAL.We screwed up on ordering our smoothies; they did not come out right at all.Kaithlyn and Jamall were both so polite and offered to remake the smoothie with the right ingredients (or an alternative) without any hesitation.I can get a smoothie anywhere, but customer service like this will bring me back here for life.
Maskless employee's.. smart move considering how many students and gym rats come thru daily. Good kids working so blame is soley on owner/management.. very irresponsible
Sara and Dino are great at what they do. What a great team effort to provide great customer service. The store is very clean and they are fast an efficient. Sara greeted me with a smile and suggested the peanut butter which was an excellent choice. My smoothie was the best one I have ever had. They both deserve a raise. They also have a special going on with buy 1 enhancer get one free. I loved my smoothie so much I decided to dine in.
After 35 rounds of radiation and 6 chemo infusions for throat cancer in 2019, I was unable to eat solid food for over 6 months. Smoothie King, has a high calorie smoothie with ice cream that I would get to maintain a 2000 calorie per day diet. Let me be clear about the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism of : Dayon, Kaitlin, and Olivia at this specific Smoothie King. Good service is hard to find anywhere ;especially in South Florida. This location provides outstanding customer service with a smile. The staff remembers your go to smoothie and your name. Shout out to this great group and establishment!
What an awesome staff!! I walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly hellos and beaming smiles! This was so refreshing after the day I had. The staff was so patient while I made a selection and even offered stellar suggestions. They took the time to ask me what ingredients I DID want to help narrow down my options. Their thorough knowledge of the menu was such a relief as it takes a while to read each item offered. I truly felt valued as a person and that meant a lot.
