I ordered a classic Italiano customized to my liking, well done,thin crust, add bacon, Canadian bacon, ground beef, green peppers, no mushrooms, but I got a classic Italiano none of the above items, honestly I was so hungry that I ate 2 slices without realizing that my ingredients were left off. I called and the young lady was nonchalant and said I only ordered a classic Italiano, I said my pizza was not well done or thin crust. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THEIR PIZZA but I guess Paquales it will be after this.!
Best customer service ever! They were so nice on the phone and food came out delicious and hot! This was the first time we ever ordered from them and we are so glad because we will be ordering from now on! As a consumer, for me it’s not only about the food but it’s how you are treated and they were super super nice!!! I highly recommend Sarpinos! ☺️
Definitely the best pizza I have ever tasted! The place is great to go with friends or family and the employees are very friendly and prepare an excellent New York Deli Pizza. I can't wait to go again! ??
For vegan and vegetarian options this is far from a reasonable option (although we do have to appreciate that they do have options.). They use Daiya cheese, which is the worst quality out there, and charge more than double the average price for their vegan pizza. A 12" at Blaze, Mod or even better quality establishments with unlimited toppings is usually $10 -12 and invariably tastes better.. Here it is $22. Also, keep in mind, this is strictly takeout with only two seats in the House at the window basically for people who are waiting - you're not paying for ambience or table service.They use Beyond chicken tenders for their chicken tender appetizer and charge $14 fora PORTION of one bag anyone can buy at Publix for $5-6.I understand the concept of service and overhead but within moderation. Now if they made these things in house then it would still be ridiculously expensive but arguablly a bit more reasonable and hopefully a whole lot more tasty than Beyond products from a bag and Daiya.
Sarpino’s pizzeria was a great experience. Everything was delicious. They have a lot of vegan options which I really appreciate. Also the delivery was really careful and the presentation as good as if we were eating in the restaurant.
Good tasty and free faster delivery
Ordered the pizza for pick up and I received a message saying it was ready. Got there ten min after receiving the order ready message and the pizza was cold. Seems they didn’t even bother to keep them warm. I didn’t have the time to return it because I was scheduled to drop off the pizza for small children’s lunch time. They need to take more pride in their pizza and care more about customers because the pizzas are more expensive than larger chains.
First and last time I will eat here. Wanted to try a new pizza place and the Pizza was very soggy with the dough undercooked.
They NEVER follow special instructions even when clearly specified like so:NO PEPPERS IN THE ITALIANNO YELLOW PEPPERS IN THE ITALIANNO BANANA PEPPERS IN THE ITALIANNO SWEET PEPPERS IN THE ITALIANDO NOT PUT ANY PEPPERS IN THE ITALIAN
This was my first time ordering their food and it was delicious!! I’ll definitely be ordering again.
