One of our favorite Asian restaurants! We’ve been going to Red Ginger for over 15 years.
So this is an all time favorite, I made the rookie mistake of not taking pictures??♀️. However I’ve been eating at red ginger since I was a kid and it’s a family favorite. Today we decided to get take out since we’re feeling under the weather. We ordered 2 big bowls of hot and sour (my go to when ever I’m not well) we also ordered shrimp tempura appetizers, a combo fried rice, a Hawaiian roll, a hurricane roll and a jb delux. Everything was a 10/10! The service is excellent you will not be sorry you tried this restaurant! Never had anything from here I didn’t like!! Will be back soon!
I came for a late lunch. Not crowded then. I was thus able to get a table with no other nearby table being occupied. Some staff members wore masks, some didn't. Lots of chicken dishes. I got the sweet and sour chicken. A mix of good flavors. Reasonably priced.
Very nice atmosphere and very fresh sushi rolls. Would've been 5 stars except my spicy runs roll wasn't spicy at all. The Tuna was excellent but needed lots more spice.
Our family have been loyal customers to this restaurant and their parent's restaurant in Oakland Park before they opened this location in Coral Springs, so over 25 years. We order out 5-8 times per month from this location. It's so sad to see how disappointing this restaurant has become over the past few years. The customer service is HORRIBLE, food is over priced and hot or miss. There is no pride in ownership, they take their customer base for granted. I will never sped a dime at this establishment again, and I will be sure to advise all my family members, friends and neighbors to spend their hard earned money somewhere else.
My family ordered from this restaurant tonight and it was my first time having their food. All I can say is WOW!!! We ordered several items including pepper steak, vegetable fried rice, and kung pao shrimp. The pepper steak was delicious! The meat was tender and tasted amazing with the steamed rice. The vegetable rice was flavorful and full of veggies (mushrooms, bean sprouts, corn, broccoli, etc.). It didn’t need any soy sauce or anything. It was perfect as is. The kung pao shrimp…chef’s kiss! A mix of shrimp, cashews or nuts, cabbage, and mushrooms in a delightfully *spicy* sauce. I could probably eat that every day…it was that good!!! Last but not least, they quoted us a delivery time of 1 hr 15 min and we received it in less than an hour! Can’t say enough great things about this place. Buy from them and you won’t be disappointed.
The food is good. But the staff at the hostess desk need training in customer service. This past Friday I was there getting food and decided to have a drink. After realizing we had been waiting almost an hour I asked for the status of our order. The hostess said "it's not ready and not sure how long it will take." I asked her to check and she said "it will take how long it's going to take". She was so rude and unprofessional. The whole time my order was at the front ready to go. People like that cause businesses to lose customers!
For the price we pay we barely got any food and basically was more vegetables and meat very disappointing
When I lived in coral springs I use to order this 1 to 2 times a week. I recently moved back around the area. Tried it twice it's not the same. This place went down. It's a shame. It use to be the only Chinese food restaurant I ate. On top of the food going down So did the service the lady on the phone was rude.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of mixed drinks at the bar. And the 2nd time, I was sitting at the bar and saw the generous pour. Food was also very good. The prices are a bit high but, for me at least, worth it thanks to the friendly staff, food quality and quiet atmosphere. I've only tried a couple dishes so I am, in the words of Thomas Merton, subject to correction on this matter. Unlike most Asian bistros with Chinese food selections, this one doesn't have Singapore noodles but once past that, I can warmly recommend this eatery.
