The worst experience of food and service!! The drive thru associate was extremely rude , we were buy food for our children and requested can the pls cut the wraps in half that was not fulfilled, the portion size of the wrap was extremely small as you can see in the picture, the rice was under cook so we had to throw it away!! I order a Shredded chicken bowl for my daughter and ask can they please not put the spicy sauce because she's one and they still put the spicy sauce on it as you can see in the picture, as well as the rice being undercooked!! She literally stated choking!! We spent about $21 dollars all went to the trash! This is the only location that is like this!! Look if y'all looking for a good place to eat don't come here!! You are truly wasting your money !! I also will be reaching out to corporate for this location!! A Change must be made
This is the worse Pollo in all of Florida. When they first opened up I was excited and happy I did not have to drive to Atlantic for Pollo. Since they opened up this pollo has always been busy. I have always waited for 20 to 30 min for my food.At the start of the pandemic, a friend made a joke saying let's go to pollo there should be no line. We showed up at 4p and waited 30 min for our food. There was no car line and only one person in front of us.They close early, never have chicken and there is always a line inside and outside.
I love Pollo Tropical. But this one is staffed by kids who are much more interested in talking and laughing. They always screw up our order. This time my daughter had ordered a large tropichops (paid for it) and got a regular size. My husband ordered a Cesar salad and it hardly had anything in it. Wouldn't have been enough for a small child. There's always a huge line because the staff takes so long. I'm not going to this one anymore.
No avocado, no steak, no corn, no Hi-C drink, rice was under cooked. There was one person doing 90% of the work and the rest we slacking and fooling around.I had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels from there for napkins. I saw people starting to walk out on this place because either no one attended them or there were no ingredients to the meal they wanted.How does this place even conduct business?!?!?Service was beyond horrendous. Lost all kind of impression of Pollo Tropical.Not coming here again.
We’ll go back to five stars when they start giving sauces again!!At first it was just Uber eats orders that didn’t have sauce, so I stopped ordering them through Uber. But now there are only two local stores that have sauces at all. Hoping it’s just temporary
If it’s not one thing it’s another with this pollo. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and go back again but this time they only gave me one shrimp skewer compared to not having it at all oh and they were actually open this time ? (shocker). DO BETTER POLLO DO BETTER!!!
Great food. The restaurant just gets overwhelmed and they don’t know how to prioritize orders at appropriate times oftenMany times I order through the app, get a “food is ready” notification. Show up, wait 5-10 mins for someone that works there to attend me, and they usually are just getting started on my order. Total process: 15-35 mins generallyOther than that, the restaurant has amazing food
I ordered my food today and all the people that work there are young and very lost. One of the “cooks” was just walking around another one dropped the container and didn’t even know which sauce was which. They only gave us three hard tostones and said he wasn’t gonna make any more. Also, we asked for sauce at the end and they technically ignored us because they were in a group just talking so we had to ask again and then we finally got it. There were three other people waiting for their food that ordered online and none of the food was ready. And the meat in Cuban sandwich was hard.
My husband went in to get dinner tonight. He had to correct the guy at least 3 times as he wasn’t listening. He told my husband to check our food himself, he was busy with others. He made one vegan meal with chicken. ? They charged us for a dessert they didn’t have, then tried to talk him into another instead of a refund. When he got home, they both were still wrong. I usually don’t post fast food restaurant reviews, but come on, try a little guys.
Waked in today at 4:15pm. 2people waiting for food & nobody in front of me.NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED ME FOR 10 STRAIGHT MINUTES AT THE REGISTER. They looked at me and just walked by.A lady who was outside of the store that whole time came to take my order.They completely forgot my order & served another customer behind me. Still no acknowledgement.I finally got my simple $6.50 order by 5:15pm. Still Not one person acknowledged me once.Terrible service
