The worst experience last week Rude non english speaking lady at the drive thur. Not to mention the lobby is under construction, and the stupid ordering system with employee standing in the drive thur. I like the option of viewing the menu and ask if I can pull forward he then proceed to read the menu from his ordering device. Some people perfer visuals.Idiot's
The food and customer service is absolutely amazing except today I have a guy with a deep voice wearing a red shirt white tall very disrespectful to his staff talks down on them I've never seen such horrible customer service literally treats people like hes irritated with serving them. I would have given it 5 stars but that guy's just too rude and someone should let him know to stop
Cashier don’t ask you what size drink or fries you want, they just charge you for the large size ( more money). I also noticed that they went up with the prices , so they charged me $2.89 for drink ( sprite) half of the cup is ice and $4,59 for bad fries all mashed up so that’s $8,09 just for drink and fries I think Pollo Tropical is going too far with this prices … way too much
It looks like... if you go through the drive thru they serve you the leftovers... as you can see in the picture the plantains are burn and dry on the inside... also the chicken dry and hard as a brick and the most important thing they never put the receipt on the bag so if you call back they cannot do anything.. they think they are smart
The order is NEVER CORRECT. No matter how many times to repeat it. The food is good for the most part as long as the chicken isn’t dry, plantains aren’t burnt and rice isn’t. to soft (or hard) and salty. Which is often lately. When you charge those prices, you expect to get what you order. Again, we just got home after waiting almost 20-40 minutes in the drive through to have 1/2 of the meal incorrect and no sauces that i asked for. Is this all locations or just the Coral Springs near Home Depot location? Come on guys. This is just ridiculous at this point.. You have to be able to do something right besides take our money. I have to add that this time they had a girl standing outside near the drive thru to “help”….. Just a heads up… not a help.I wish I had a read the reviews sooner to know this location is notorious for messing up orders and either having sauce and giving barr thank you sky any in a cup or not having any sauce available at all. So, i read the reviews after throwing away almost $30 worth of wrong, tasteless and burnt food.I see that once every few reviews somebody on their side will respond by giving an email address to write to express your issues on. That’s exactly what we’re doing here we’re writing our complaint. I don’t see how writing it again to another location is going to make a difference. Lesson learned. I will stay away from this location.
I specifically told them NO BEANS on my chicken bowl and guess what I received.. BEANS! It’s so disappointing when u drive home after a long day and find out it’s not what you paid for. Some of us have food allergies and other problems you should be concerned about. Don’t just take our money. If you can’t follow a simple order, you should hire better employees. One time I ordered chicken bowl & I got 5 small chicken pieces. What the F is that? I want my money back.
Best chicken and portions in the area!. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous, even when they run out of chicken and we have to wait. Based on my great experiences, I always go back to this location: :-)
Placed an order via Door Dash. Didn't get the right sauces. I hate when you have your mouth is all ready for something & you don't receive what you asked & paid for. Additionally I received 1 napkin & no cutlery. Obviously PT didn't fill the order correctly but DD didn't check it either. Do better guys.. please!
The meal I choose was the 1/4 chicken with yellow rice, yuca fries, and black beans. Guava was my choice for the drink. My food was delicious.
Food is not that good, I have eaten at other pollo tropical and the food is much better than this one
