Great food and portions are large! Servers did their best but were short on serving staff, plus there was a private party going on. I had a reservation, which I am glad I reserved. Google stated that the time I reserved, that they would not be busy. It was not that busy but based on short staff, serving took longer than usual. I saw a lot of people waiting for a seat. I definitely would recommend, however, get reservations.
I ordered chicken Alfredo my food came with no chicken. I actually called and said I am just letting you know my food came with no chicken. I am not asking for it replaced or anything but just letting you know. Cheyenne says I will give a credit and I say okay and then proceeds ask for a picture of my food to prove it. I literally called just to let you know or that maybe someone got my food she offered the credit and then showed that she didn't believe me and I had to text her a picture of my food. Never in my life have I heard of this and it's quite disgusting. Not sure why people swear by this place with this kind of customer service but whatever.
I've been eating here for years, this is not just a fantastic pizza restaurant. They have fine Italian dining, where many other Italian restaurants don't open till 4:30 p.m. Pizza Time is there for you, during lunch time which makes them extremely convenient and the food is absolutely superb. The customer service is exceptional oh, you will not be disappointed.
Friendly staff, food over all was great. The Pizza pinwheel, wings and mozzarella sticks were good. I would've wanted the cheese in mozzarella sticks to be a bit shorter and melted more. But that's just my preference. The stand out to me was the Grandma pizza, near perfect in my book, sauce was the highlight of the slices I had. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely a place the wife and I enjoyed and would come back to.
We had ordered the pizza time special with all the toppings and I was full after 2 slices, and I can put down on some food! We sat outside for the sake of having our dog and the employees were cool with it. The refills were free on soft drinks which is decent. I highly recommend this pizza place!
The most authentic New York Italy restaurant in South Florida. Truly an experience. You enter the store with hints of fresh mozzarella and garlic and you leave feeling like family. The staff is extremely kind, diverse, and welcoming. If you do nothing else on this life, spend $400+ at this place.
Here's a list of the things that bothered me: 1) The waiter was not attentive 2) In our group of 4 people, my friend's dinner was brought out 20 minutes before the rest of us were served (which was awkward and her food was cold) 3) Food was BLAND for the price you pay--I've had tastier entrees at the Olive Garden tbh 4) The entire dinner experience (from sitting to getting the check) took 2 hours! As soon as we got our food, we asked for boxes. The portions are enormous and it would seem that Pizza Time values quantity over quality. I would have been so much happier with half the amount of food for a tastier experience. It didn't look like the place was ridiculously busy, but maybe Tuesday night is not the day to go? Overall, I was very disappointed--especially since we chose this place after reading the 1K+ reviews. Guess we had bad luck. Best Italian food in Coral Springs is hands down Tavolino. I had to wait an hour to get my food, but it was worth the wait.
Ordered New Years Eve a large pizza. Very disappointing and definitely not up to their standards. The pizza was overcooked and crust was hard and chewy. I would have brought back if it wasn’t so crowded. I ate about 3/4 of my slice and then threw away.
Very good pizza, pretty good food overall. Portions are huge, but they charge $7 to share so we just count on bringing home the leftovers... What a hardship!
I'm from Brooklyn. I love me some cheese pizza
