Pizza was burnt and stale upon picking it up, the girls upfront just stared at me rather than assisting me and when I asked the management if it could be replaced or refunded they laughed and refused to give me my money back offering some type of credit instead. Ridiculous this place can charge this much and refuse refunds upon not even giving you what you ordered….. will NOT be going here for pizza anymore !!
I have been to the Coral Springs location 2 times and it was 2 times too many. Both times they did not “have my order in their system” at first and then played it off like they suddenly found it. They then proceeded to make my food while I sat there. Time is precious and I can forgive it once, but not twice. It’s unacceptable and I won’t be back
Always enjoyed the tuna sub. Picked one up today and noticed they raised the price to $15 for a 12 inch sub,OK, but when I got home there was barely any tuna on it. It was ridiculous. will be going elsewhere to spend $15 for a 12 inch subPizza still good
Pasquale’s used to be a great place but lately it seems like they’ve been dropping the ball. Everything is way too overpriced and pizza really isn’t that great; can’t even pick up a slice without every bit of cheese and toppings sliding right off. Also, went at 3:00 in the afternoon with barely anyone in here and almost every table has trays of food from previous customers on it while the workers are just sitting behind the counter doing nothing.
This place rocks. You really can’t beat it. Great pizza great zappoles great pasta and Salads. The staff is wonder and the place is always very clean and taken care of. The have sports on most the TVs but the back room has shows for kids which is awesome.
I had went in with my family and the “family owned” staff could be heard yelling disturbing things from the back. To make things worse, the slices that I had ordered came out stale and burnt. Such a shame how good this place used to be and now not only does the food suck (and has become more expensive than before) but so do the staff/ counter girls!!! NEVER come here again ungrateful staff should’ve learned by now.
