Great PJ's location. Always great food and service. The new manager is the best! Except for the manager at Margate.
I just really appreciate this Papa Johns! First of all they are open very late even on weekdays, which for working parents is a lifesaver. Seriously they always offer great deals, on a quality products. They were also open the entire Pandemic, unlike some of the other fast food restaurants in the area, looking at u Taco Bell. I’ve only had issues with my order twice out of at least 50 orders, thanks to my teenage boys. Both times my orders had issues management reached out and corrected the issue. It makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Management realizes that you made a choice to spend your hard earned money at their establishment. Best Papa Johns in Broward County!
Placed carry out order via app, was told 14-24 mins. Arrived 30 mins later, pizza hadn't even been made. Waited around another 20 minutes. Very inconsiderate of this business to not respect customers' time. While waiting at the shop, it was very clear that this is a very disorganized and poorly trained team.
Order was missing two drinks which wasn't the end of the world. However after the survey the manager did call me back and was extremely pleasant. Customer service was on point and he rectified the situation. Also get the papadilla they are delicious. Thank you for your quality control because things go wrong in life but when you go out of your way to make them correct it is worth it's weight in gold
Horrible experience!! Ordered 10 boxes for my kids party the night before to be delivered at 1245pm. Delivery man calls me at 12pm that he is on his way. I tell him it is too early and ask if they can redeliver at my scheduled time so the pizzas aren’t sitting getting cold. He says no va problem. At 2pm I call and they say the driver said you didn’t want the pizza so we canceled the order. When I explained what really happened they told me well we’re busy so what do you want to do. I had to place a new order and wait another hour for it to arrive. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All they offered was to send me a free pizza now.
Papa johns has always been my favorite processed pizza. I love the garlic sauce! It’s a MUST!! But last night I ordered the new large cheesy stuffed crust pizza and I was not impressed. ): my food tasted rubery and had very little sauce making the pizza really dry. Even the garlic sauce didn’t help. (And it always does…) 3 stars for me this time. Sorry guys!
I thought I would try the New York style pizza advertised on TV. No New Yorker would be caught dead eating that. Just because you make a thin crust pizza but add hard cheese and dry pepperoni does not make it New York style. It's just a poorly made regular pepperoni pizza.
Service is horrible I called to order they put me on hold for 24 minutes when I get to the store cashier Kerry rose and cook was just playing around with eachother in the back . When I asked if the phone is working she said yes I ask what was the reason I was on hold because the store was obviously not busy she stared at me and ask if am ordering or not .This is a business not a playground for lover or whatever they got going on this is so unprofessional . No one apologies for the situation or anything would not be back .

I ready read the past comments and is terrible ,this store have really bad service in general ; in the past they over coked my pizza and the wings was plain too but really plain and today delivery was in lalaland .... Never again from this store.bye
