Just wanted to show the skimping of portions Panda Express is doing now. This was small Orange chicken. Small is an understatement. Barely any chicken in it. Also, they need a smoother pick up order line. There's no direction so you're ignored until the next check out.
My food and service was good. But the lady in front of me was not treated well. She was ordering a lot and they were giving her a hard time.
Jay & Taiga are such kind souls! Great customer service and so friendly! Plus they hooked us up with great portion size! Definitely worth the trip! ??????
Always I buy in panda express, we love it, we are clients number 1 in panda express but this time terrible ? always my husband order chix teriyaki and noodles (delicious) but today the chix was dry and noodles doesn't has flavor, for my order was rice, orange chix and beigibg beef, was unbelievable the rice doesn't have flavor and vegetables, the chix was so dry and the beef not sauce and not vegetables, for my son was chix teriyaki, noodles and broccoli so not broccoli in my order :( plus in the store I need to back with the cashier or manager I don't know for request my kid's juice because they forgot it, and I request for 2 cookies and she told me is the last time and I can't give you more next time always they put me 3 cookies like 3 orders and this time I need to ask for cookies because they don't put it. And in that moment I don't check the roll but when I arrive arrive my house I saw that they don't put my chix roll ? a lot things in 1 order. So now my points is, is the first time that happened to me maybe the personal change I don't know but before never but never I had this problem, please check the personal and how they do the service because was terrible. I know they are busy but before they was busy too and this never happens.
Better than other locations in terms of food.Not sure what is wrong with their AC.Order taking process needs improvement.
This is my first time trying this store. I ordered through door dash and it came quickly.I’ve heard great things about this restaurant, but I was totally disappointed.I ordered the walnut honey shrimp with chow me in and fried rice and two spring rolls. It was flavorless.Portions were smaller than expected.I received a very dry entree and two spring rolls with no sauce.Unacceptable
This place will have a line out the door and they are in zero hurry. They don’t have a system for online orders so 3 people do the online orders while no one handles the in house orders. The woman who owns it or runs it just stays making you wait. It’s Panda Express should be like 10 min in and out. Without fail your waiting for 20 min
Well, it was a very average panda service. Every thing looked rush and erratic. Staff had no smile and were quite rude. Not clean with service either. Some food was served cold and the quantity was generous as we expected. We drove around 12miles to get there and got disappointed. Overall, not a great panda location.
I went in to order 7 family meals. They were busy, but eager to help and very polite. I came back in 2 hours and the food was hot, ready for me to pick up and labeled for easy distribution.
Visited this restaurant yesterday to pick up an online order. I was told they weren't working on online orders they had to serve the people who were in line first. Even though I waited beyond the time shown for the online pickup time. When I went to the manager to ask about my order he was less than courteous. They gave me my food eventually not a great experience. I have gone to this location multiple times this experience was very disappointing. I don't mind waiting a little while longer for my online order but they handled it so poorly. Not just me but the other people who are also waiting for online order pickups
