Experienced there was really great the surfer was really great the same the food was great and the company was great the host was great I love the food and I still have some left for dinner or lunch the next day.
Nicely done at the Moon!!!Haven't had sushi in awhile because of an unmentionable experience last summer, but Moon Thai & Japanese has restored my faith in the art of sushi ??Had the Sea of Love roll, Lemon Octopus and a super fresh shrimp shumai. Everything was executed excellently!! Delicious combinations, artfully plated, and served with a smile.The place has a great vibe and the music is at just the right volume. Enough to have private conversations without feeling like you're at a nite club, but enough to notice a great playlist fills the room. The electric blue lighting helps you forget you're in a strip mall. Food was great. We had 2 nice sized rolls and 2 salads. Outdoors was nice but tables close. Server never brought a sauce I needed, and didnt refill our drinks until we paid oh well. It was still a good experience and nice quality.
We had a craving for sushi and decided to try out Moon Thai. They are located on the corner of University and Westview Dr. Lots of parking and easy to find. On the day we went they were short staffed and the wait was pretty long. Our server was handling multiple tables so we were patient with him. We ordered our food and it took around 20-30 minutes to come out. The sushi was ok. It was sufficient to satisfy the craving. The overall experience was a positive one

Lets start by saying that I am not a person who does reviews let alone complain about any food that I buy but in this case I was really bothered by the quality of the food and the customer service. I decided to get takeout from Moon Thai. Mind you I hadn’t been been there in quite some time but of all the times I went I have never received food that was this awful. I was so mad to receive food that was absolutely inedible. Anyone who knows me, knows that I rarely throw any food away and in this case I absolutely had to. The green curry that I received did not even resemble green curry. I don’t know what they were serving but it was horrible. I called to talk to the manager to complain instead of writing reviews and they promised me that a manger would call me and they never called. That is unprofessional on so many levels. I think you get the gist. I absolutely don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food is decent but the attitude is unbelievable.I called to pick up some sushi. I asked for extra spicy Mayo. Something I know you pay extra for. Upon arrival, the bag was shut tight. I tried to open it to just check the content. The manager seemed a little offended to do this in front of her. So I left it as is and decided to check outside.When I checked in my car, the spicy mayo was not there. So of course, I went back and politely let her know that it was missing. She didn’t miss a beat to tell me that I must have removed it intentionally to get some more. She was essentially calling me short of a thief. I was honestly shocked and lost for words. She came back with some and proceeded to tell me again that she put it herself calling me once again short of a thief.Lady - don’t do this. Even if I did, what does it cost to you? Cents. I just spent 50$ in your establishment.I sure won’t be coming back. Ever.Good day!
Got a craving for some Pad Thai, and saw that they were local. Placed an order over the phone and within the hour it was ready.Easy parking made it quick to get in and out without needing much contact.Portion serving was sizable and the noodles were delicious.Definitely plan on ordering again soon
