We went to the Ale house with 9 guest. We were seated fast which was great! The waitress started out great with us and got us our drinks really fast. However, once we ordered the food came our 65 minutes after we ordered and it was cold. This was very disheartening as we had kids and older adults with us. The waitress hardly came to our table to refill our drinks or even check in on us. We spoke with the manager and he was not as helpful as we had hoped. He did give us a discount but that does not account for the table being unattended and the fact our children were so restless waiting to eat. I will never go back to this establishment. I'm not one to complain but I cannot imagine we are the only ones who have had this happen.
Only 4 starts just because my TERIYAKI STEAK & POTSTICKER SKEWERS I ordered them well done and it wasn’t, even when returned it to Cook it more the new plate came with all the ingredients again “ thanks” the steak cooked yet not hot ! Just somewhat warm ? don’t understand but just for that 3 starts the appetizers and drinks where on point !!!
I am fan of miller ale house restaurants this one today ummm custumer service great The waitress perfec kitchen no to good today mi chicken wins came well but met we ask for well well done and come medium rare and also take a long wait... anyway i will come back i love this restaurants ....
I’m a BIG fan of the franchise service was great, staff great. Beers great. Food presentation was great also. But the foods flavor is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars the food was sorta tasteless. It didnt have the flavor that I enjoy from millers. But I’m thinking it’s just this location.
It’s been 40 minutes. We still have not gotten our appetizers. I have loved the service here in the past as well as the food. Still working on the first glass of wine. I cannot believe a manager has not come by in 40 minutes. Then again there is labor struggles everywhere I understand. Very disappointing. Somebody should let corporate know what’s going on in Coral Springs. I’ve been a devoted patron in the past.
Excellent adventure! Kids eat free on Tuesday with purchase of adult meal. They unfortunately allow smoking in their outdoor dining area however it wasn’t too much of an issue tonight. Food was on point and the weather made for an enjoyable evening.Thank you Leah for excellent service
I'm all good for 2nd chance but Miller ale house BLEW IT!!! Even the waitress didn't know our food took to long and manager was Helping..We got one appetizer but other was wrong then lost so we got to go .The food took an 1hour to get to the table ...We got the The special Prime rib ..those poor lil potatoes were all wrinkle lol and no veggies .I think you guys need more help..We did get a phone call from Tom and Vinny the 1st time to apologize ..so we tried again...But what a BUST!!!! THANK YOU SAM FOR THE SERVICE ..YOU ARE SWEET LADY.. .. HAVE A WONDERFUL NIGHT..My mother was so upset and it was my fiance bday ..What a Freaking Bummer
We have given this place multiple tries and have yet to not have a problem. Tonight was the final time! Customer service is HORRIBLE! waited almost 30 minutes, go in an ask how much longer and the 5 people just standing around tell me they called 10 minutes ago and because we didn’t respond we got bumped. NO CALL ON OUR PHONE! I asked why they don’t step out the door and call the persons name and they said we don’t that! 5 people standing there??? No one can step 5 steps to the door to check??? We will NEVER be back!!!
The restaurant was half seated, yet the wait was more than 30 minutes. We understood that they were missing key staff. But as tables cleared, they took awhile to seat someone. When they finally sat someone, it was a group that came in after us. Speaking with the hostess, she informed us that our 30 minute wait still had 5 minutes remaining. We left. Totally understood they were lacking staff. We really enjoyed our meal the week prior and was looking forward to this visit.
Unfortunately our dining experience tonight left a lot to be desired. When we initially walked into the restaurant we were seated right away, however everything that followed was not a great experience. We waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone offered us a menu or asked about a drink order. It wasn't until we flagged the hostess down that our server finally came to our table. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. About 15 minutes later we received our entrees but no appetizer. I ordered mahi tacos which came out with no sour cream (when I had originally asked for extra), and my black beans were floating in liquid. My husband also had to ask again for his blue cheese dressing and his soup. When the appetizer finally arrived AFTER our entrees, the beer cheese was literally the consistency of water. We asked our server if she could please bring us different cheese, and she left and returned explaining that the entire batch of beer cheese was all the same... watery. Additionally, the salt on the table was empty, they served my husband's soup with a plastic spoon adding that they they, "ran out of cutlery" (it was only 8 o'clock)... We spoke with the manager Brian who had approached us inquiring about our dining experience, and we respectfully provided all of the issues to him. We also told him that he did not need to comp anything as we were not verbalizing the issues with him in hopes of any discount. We further explained that we know that he can not fix a problem if he isn't aware that one exists... Our experience this evening was significantly lacking but we do not blame our server and made sure that she received a 21% gratuity. We were simply looking forward to the same dining experience at Miller's Alehouse that we had when we were in Estero (Ft. Myers). We strongly feel that the issues will all be addressed, and we look forward to trying this location sometime again in the future.
