I went to this restaurant for the first time to order takeout and even though the place was empty it took 20-25 minutes to bring me what I had ordered, not to mention that I ordered a bandeja Paisa and the amount they put out was ridiculously little. The rice and tostones were old and very hard. I also ordered a Ceviche that the container was only half full. I didn't realize it until I got home and saw it. We called to tell them and they told us that "no one had complained until now". It was the first and last time I will go to that restaurant. I do not recommend it and I gave it only one star, if I could I would not have given it any stars. Don't waste your money or time going there with so many good restaurants in Coral Springs.
So I went there because a different restaurant forgot the rice on my order. I work in the plaza so it was a short walk. When I got there, the gentleman told me, hey don’t worry about it we all have had experiences & he gave me the rice for free. Since I work in the plaza I will go to this restaurant every time. The rice was perfect. Moral of the story customer service & high quality food goes a long way & I appreciate it. To everyone reading this if you’re near 441 & wiles & want a great Spanish cuisine definitely check out Medellin! Thank you guys, I’ll be stopping by often now :)
Walked in the door and first instinct was to leave, there was only in other couple in the restaurant at 520, but due to the reviews we stayed unfortunately. We both ordered the salmon dinner and the salmon was very dry, very fishy, had no seasoning, salt or pepper. We didn’t eat it because we thought it was spoiled after a few bites. The sides were ok. By far the worst piece of fish I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Don’t know if there was a new cook or what, but whoever cooked it should have smelled that it was bad, it was SO dry!!!
This people are dishonest or the workers there are very careless.I tried for the first time and ordered take out, when I got home, I saw that a side dish was missing and the sausage for the bandeja paisa was also missing! And I was charged for them.No only a side dish was missing but also an important ingredient of my favorite dish, that's not acceptable and very dishonest.I will no try this place again neither will recommend it to anyone I know.
I want it to eat ajiaco, so I read the reviews and came here, my husband had the bandeja paisa, the food was very good and well prepare, the waiter was very nice and helpful,,we will come back, ?i want to try other dishes I saw on the menu
New owners= awful food. The menu was almost the same but the food changed and so did the service. My rice was not cooked enough and the flavor was weird. My chicken was at room temperature and had a weird texture. I WANT OLD OWNERS BACK! I been going for 4 years but I was very disappointed when I saw the food. The empanadas were good though ! ??
The food is excellent. I ordered Salmon and it was the most delicious that i ever tried!!! the staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend
New Colombian menu, food taste great and the best service in town, a little gem
My husband and I went here to try something new. Let me start with how empty the place was, even though there were 2 people already sitting it felt like a ghost town. There was only 1 employee in sight (she was the hostess, waitress, server), it was clear right off that she didn't like us. We sat down and she walked off, 5 minutes later she comes and takes our drink order. It takes her about 5 minutes to get it.Now we have our drinks and we are both looking at the menu, after a few minutes we make our decision but the waitress isn't back yet. 10 minutes later she finally comes to take our order, which she doesn't write down.It takes 20 to 30 minutes to even get our food. (And she forgot to bring my husband's sides; which he never got). But we have no silverware(which we need), and napkins. She walks by after 2 minutes and we ask her for some silverware (thinking she'll bring napkins also). After a couple minutes more we get the silverware but no napkins, so when she walks by again we ask for some. Its obvious that she is irritated but she brings us some and disappears. We start eating and the food is bland, overcooked and nothing what we expected. We see the waitress serving a customer that came in after us. We pick at our food hoping that she'll bring us our check so we can leave. We get so tired of waiting for her to come out of the kitchen that it takes us to step out the door before she comes out. We tell her we want to pay the check and she gets it and we pay it and leave.90% of the time we there she(she didn't tell us her name) was in the kitchen and there were no other employees in the dining area. All of this could have been avoided by common courtesy, common knowledge and a cooking course.THIS IS IN OUR TOP 3 WORST DINING EXPERIENCES.
STAY AWAY!!!!Don’t order Uber Eats here!!!!! Awful serviceIf I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant before but I just did an order through uber eats and they allowed a driver to take my food and he wasn’t the one doing the trip. Then I called several times and they told me they sent another uber with my food and when I called the driver, the restaurant sent him to another address with another lady food. I really don’t understand how can they hand over a food to someone who isn’t actually doing the trip.
