Very fresh food, and fast. This Mc Donald is right next to best buy south universitydrive . My time there is always nice cause the people are friendly . New renovations makes it even nicer clean .

How is this place still in business. Every time you go there make sure you’re willing to sit for a minimum of 20 minutes. Also don’t go to the second drive thru speaker because they will skip you over and over again until you drive away. We sat there and they served 4 people that were at the first speaker before we gave up and drove away. Should have demolished this building instead of renovating it smh

Very clean, looks new inside. Friendly staff. Kiosk to order from or one person behind the counter. Nice display of deserts. Food was typical.

3 stars because don't really have nothing to say about them or the food. Just wanted to let everyone know that for now the drive--thru is 24 hours open.

Unholy service times, didn't even order here today I just left because it would be faster to go drive somewhere else. When I have ordered here in the past something is always wrong.

This McDonald's was horrible the guy rushed me .an I didn't even eat my food the was a bug I'm it I had throw away my food ...it made me sick to my stomach on pine island an Southgate

The drive thru was okay. I didn't have any issues with service. It's always pricey now Every time I go. I think they double the value meals.

Slowest drive thru service I’ve got in my entire life. Have been waiting almost 30 minutes for literally one ice cream sundae. I’ll never be back here, and unless you wanna break your personal record for the longest you’ve ever waited in a drive thru, don’t come either. Service is literally non existent these days.

I had to repeat my order 3 times at the drive through and they still got it wrong at the window by charging an extra sandwich. I drove away and checked the bag and it was still wrong, I got a cold fish sandwich when I asked for it fresh and I got the other sandwich still wrong. I had to drive back and walk inside to complain about the terrible service. I got 2 of my sandwiches corrected while my 3rd meal was sitting there getting cold and my drinks getting watered down.

I have picked up food from here several times through their drive-thru, and unfortunately, they always seem to mess up our order in some way. But that alone wasn't what put me over the top to choose not to come back again, it was when I went inside to pick up food as a Dasher for a customer.First off, I stood there at the pick-up section for at least 10 mins and the workers saw me but didn't acknowledge me the whole time, not even a "welcome."Second, as I was waiting for someone to assist me, one of the cashiers was tending to a customer and I saw she was asking for the money, but the customer said he already gave it to her. She started looking around and finally found it in the garbage. She had thrown it away with some papers. The customer said "maybe you need a break", but the other employees just laughed and said, "she just got here". I thought that was a concern.Then, I went to use the restroom while I was still waiting and there was absolutely no paper towels or toilet paper in there, so I had to go back out and just hold it.When they finally acknowledged me and said my order was coming up, I noticed another employee with a brown McD bag that she was eating fries from, while talking to another employee making the burgers. She laughed about a convo and when she was finished eating with her bare hands, she went to place other drive-thru orders inside other bags to deliver to customers. (She didn't even wash her hands)And finally, when the order was given to me, I asked if the 2 drinks were inside, (because the bag is sealed) and the response was a mumble as she put her hand up and she went to the soda station to get a soda. I thought it was for my order, but when she came back, she gave it to another customer and when she saw me still standing there, she said "the drinks are in the bag!" I'm sure there could've been a better way to talk to customers and to communicate respectfully, but this clearly was not it.So, I am choosing to not go back to that location because I can clearly see why my previous orders were incorrect or missing items. Not to mention, I am also choosing not to pick-up orders for other customers from this location as I deliver food. That last visit just did it for me.
