No chicken available for almost a week already, got bored always eating fish fillet. French fries are old stick and over cook that is why theyre overcooked toasted french fries. Grrrr.
At the drive thru at 11:40 no one took my order pulled up and the manager wouldn't serve me even though they are open til 12am
shoutout to whichever employee did the absolute most and looked thru every sonic happy meal when my partner went in searching for a tails toy for me ! even though i wasn’t there i wanted to thank you for going out of your way, you’re super nice :)i didn’t get a name, the only description i got was that it was someone in a tie, maybe a manager? either way, if you talked to a customer today about the yellow guy from sonic the hedgehog, you made my afternoon! even though y’all didn’t have any of the tails toys, the fact that you’d even look makes me incredibly happy and i hope your day is great and your pillow is cold on both sides

If I could give my experience here 0 stars, I would. I got off of work and headed home to pick up food for my son. I work in the service industry too as my husband and I own a fast food restaurant ourselves. Sometimes I’m lucky to be off work early so I can bring food home to my children. And sometimes I get off at 4am so I can’t.I waited at this drive through for 15 minutes, no one addressed me when I drove up the the speaker. I went up to the window and knocked. No one inside had their headset on. I asked one of the employees to call the manager. She came up to the window 5 minutes later. I asked her if this is how she runs someone else’s business, making customers wait for 15 minutes and still not addressing them. She told me they were training an employee. How are you training somebody without a headset? And where are all your employees? Why do none of them have their headsets on and why is no one answering the drive thru? She proceeded to cut me off mid sentence with “okay okay okay” instead of apologizing and moving on. I usually come to this McDonald’s weekly. It is usually busy 8-8:30PM. Both lanes are are usually packed. Tonight they weren’t because I am assuming nobody was answering the drive thru when cars drove up, so customers went elsewhere. This is no way to run someone else’s business and this is no way to treat customers. The updates and everything are very nice. However the manager needs to do better and so do the employees. No amount of updates and renovations will make up for bad customer service.
4/18/2023 Egg McMuffin made for a decent Easter Sunday breakfast yesterday on Easter. I sure miss the Egg White Delight, though. Place is undergoing an extensive Renovation. Inside's open while Drive-thru is not open at present. Parking Lot is a zoo.
Rarely give 5 stars but this place is on point. Orders are always ready quickly. Food is hot.
This has to be the worse customer service of the country!! They always messed up the orders every other time or at least one every 3 times! That’s poor management!! How can you mess up coffee? Or they forget cheese or can’t make a well done hash brown! I will go to the other McDonald’s now just because they messed up way to many times!! I don’t blame the workers I blame the managers of hiring poor employees!! Never going back to this location!!
Horrible staff not helpful, won't speak to you and won't say anything just throw your order on the counter. Wouldn't even tell me her name or speak to a manager and just walked away.
The food is as expected from a McDonald's and just remodeled so it looks nice inside and out. and yes the ice cream machine works sometimes
