Poor customer service. Was sent a coupon for a free bagel and cream cheese with drink purchase for my birthday .Was accused by the woman behind register that I had already used the coupon. I hadn’t. I don’t appreciate being accosted about a simple bagel and cream cheese. Only reason I gave a one star is because the other workers are nicer.
Went here as we just moved to the area and saw all the great reviews. So the service was not bad when we went . The person acknowledged us and asked what we would like. I decided to go with egg , cheese and bagel and ordered for my hubby the same but with bacon.First off the bagels are really delicious. Now for the eggs and cheese and bacon it was really bad. The eggs were microwaved and tasted like they came from the carton. The cheese tasted horrible and my husband didn’t like it either. We ordered the bagels on the side which we truly enjoyed. That is why I didn’t give 1 star because we didn’t try the lox and cream cheese or anything else. I would suggest doing better with the eggs because it was not edible .

Top quality food, drinks and service. Love me an everything bagel with nova spread. Iced coffee is really special with real coffee ice cubes. The Jersey style coffee cake is a game changer and about the only place to find it in South FL is right here.
We eat breakfast there almost daily. Best coffee in town!

I love this bagel shop. Better than Einstein's or any other bagel place on the map. Their veggie cream cheese has fresh cut up peppers in it! Service is always speedy. And their iced coffee has ice cubes made of coffee so it doesn't get watered down! Their sandwiches are off the chain too. I eat here often.

As a New Yorker I feel that the bagels at this store are a bit thinner, Miami Beach Diet type bagels, than what I would expect from a store that bakes their own bagels. The asparagus mushroom bagel was delicious. The coffee on the other hand looked and tasted too diluted for my taste. Luckily for me, the pot was nearly empty and the lady made it much stronger for me.P.S. the menu is too close to the vents
