It was fantastic! Can’t wait to go again!

Great place to experience authentic Chinese food.

We have been customers for years since they were first opened. The quality has consistently drop ever since. The price has increased overtime which is understandable but the meat quality is trash. As you can see in these pictures. It is all "fat" and the meat is not tender like it used to be as it is rough and they have used the CHEAP type of meat. So not only did price go up but the quality is way lower. Also, the vegetables was originally bok choy but for the more recent years its been switched to this cheap substitute. Overall just trying to rip customers off but still charges for a huge profit. The soup base is ALL OIL. Look at the small bowl of oil I had to separate from the overall meal? This is unacceptable. I would usually not waste my time to write a review but this was absolutely unacceptable. Be Warned that this place only looks nice due to the decor. The food is now garbage.

My family from Boston came in and we went there...it was awesome every thing we ordered came out nice and hot and fresh...no complaints at all

We haven't been since COVID was in its peak but although the food quality was good, the food wasn't to our liking and it was more expensive than our usual place. The service was utilitarian but not hospitable. The thing we liked best was the ambiance. It's really a beautiful place. To be fair, we have a friend whose parents owned a very good Chinese restaurant, and she loves the food at Mainland. She says it's very authentic and that they do an especially good job with the moo shu pork and the hot and sour soup. I had the Walnut Shrimp and really didn't care for it though I've enjoyed it elsewhere. Here, it had way too much sauce. My brother wasn't very excited about his food either. We might go back because our friend likes it so much. Who knows? We might find something we really enjoy, but if not for her we'd say twice was enough.

Pros: food was fastCons: service under average, food grade D (Mongolian beef came out like beef and broccoli without the broccoli, orange chicken was rock hard, fried rice was very oily and tasted like it was sitting out all day. We complained about chicken and just got a surprised look, no apology, no discount, nothing.)Would i eat here again? No, I’ll stick to my usual takeout place (China Sea)The outside looks fancy and elegant, when you get inside it seems like they spent all the money on the entrance.Hope this review helps someone, and most of all helps this restaurant raise their services and quality in the kitchen. Thank you

It’s our second time at this place - again super tasty, great service (thank you Bo) and quick turn around. We had around 8 dishes and there were excellent. The best Chinese restaurant in the area.

Lovely staff and large menu. The dumplings were delicious (very similar to what I had when I toured China). Their house fried rice is also very good. We had 8 for dinner (most from the area). The remaining 3 were first timers. We all agreed that the entrees needed more flavor or the option of sauces at the table for customers to add. Unfortunately there was a blandness to the entrees.

Amazing, authentic food. Once you have eaten here you will never go anywhere else for this cuisine. The staff are all friendly. Classy, upscale restaurant, with outside seating as well. The ambience at Main line China Bistro is relaxing. I highly recommend trying this cuisine. you will be glad you did and you will go nowhere else. I thank Tony Cheng and Melanie Yang for introducing me to this fantastic restaurant. This is a definite five star***** quality restaurant.

High Quality delicious cuisine Very clean Excellent Service
