This is a great ice cream parlor BUT I always order a cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream and recently the cookies have been BURNT and are as hard and gritty as charcoal. The first time I went it was amazing and tasteful but recently they have been burning my cookies. I don’t pay to eat rocks it would be nice to have someone time the cookies in the oven. The lobby could also use a cleaning.
Cute restaurant and very busy. I got there too late to try the brownie and cookie skillets but otherwise there were lots of flavor and topping choices. I wound up with a banana split and it was delicious. The rest of my family was also very happy with their various ice cream sundae choices. We will definitely be back!
I grew up in South Florida and Larry's has been a staple for many generations. I was excited to take my son here and share my experiences from when I was little.I had to get my long time favorite, the Smurf.i wanted to try something else, but it's just nostalgic for me when I return.My biggest complaint was the staff. They were very slow and didn't really seem show much care for the long wait time. A gesture of courtesy such as "thanks for waiting" can go a long way.
Delicious ice creams! Just note that you have to arrive half and hour before the store closes if you want any item from the kitchen like chicken, fries, funnel cake, churros etc...
Went there today for the first time for ice cream saw that they had food also and was hungry ordered the waffle and chicken. It came very quickly as someone made the wrong order. The chicken was over done. I asked for the syrup for the waffles it came out cold, I asked Jamie why it was cold and she got very loud with me about protocols to the point where my friend sitting by the door heard. It is a nice establishment everyone was really friendly. Christian was on point with everything and moving the line along quickly. The new person was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a great place the ice cream was excellent.
Great place to get variety of ice creams. They have different flavor waffle cones such as red velvet cones, cake batter and chocolate, plus a lot more selections. The portions are gigantic as well. They had a live Dj. Really recommend if you are looking for a place to take the kids or just to try it out.
The goat. Extremely high quality ice cream for ridiculously cheap prices. Like $7 for two big scoops? It's heaven. Plus, their savory food is also quite solid. Genuinely can't go wrong with this spot, can't wait for the Larry's Ice Cream Renaissance and for it to be everywhere. Never change Larry's.
A great ice cream place that is fun for the family or just a little hang out spot. The customer service was great and very understanding. They also have fun events that anyone can find enjoyable, and the ice cream was just as delicious. I will likely come back and bring others with me.
LARRY'S ICE CREAM, I would have to say one of the best ice cream shops that I have ever been to! Most of the staff are younger which I think is a good thing considering it's an ice cream shop, but they had everything I was actually looking for a flavor that I used to get from Baskin-Robbins and they had that as well I've been there several times and I've never had an issue. With that being said I highly recommend Larry's ice cream shop!
There’s so much Wrong, but the 1star review a few days ago sums this business up, customer service won’t be a priority… Bad Ownership… Mrs. Hartman, is not an Employee, I can elaborate on here if you wish to be petty Operations manager. I Wish to inform the public of businesses and their practices as all my reviews prove. Worry about your daily operations, and customers like the one on this screenshot wouldn’t have negative reviews about the actual way your business runs…
