I read reviews before I ever do business with a company. Whether it’s eating out, going on vacation at a particular resort, whatever.. I’ve never eaten at this place but I was going to. However after reading all of these horrendous reviews and then the absolute disgusting responses from the owner made my decision very easy. I would never give this business my hard earned money with the way it treats its customers. The lack of customer service, poor communication and professionalism is astounding. You should really think about that if you’d like to retain your current customers and get new ones in the future.
Honestly I used to love coming here with me and my husband but after what happened on 5.4.22 with one of the employees on duty I will never be stepping foot AGAIN here! She refused us service due to the fact we made a mistake an placed an order at another location as we asked her can we just place a order here she refused service to us. She kept telling us the directions to the other place like she’s a google map like seriously… I will be reporting her to Corporate her attitude was absurd. And it’s the fact I used to work in fast food, I had people make a mistake and just want to place a order at the store there in now and it’s never a problem. She acted as if it’s coming out of her pay check.I felt that me and my husband were heavily discriminated.
The location in Coral Springs there’s not like the other location. The girl that was working the counter On Wednesday, December 22 Was extremely rude not only to me but to every client every customer in line. It seems that that location is going downhill. Place always smells like burnt oil and the woman in there is passive aggressive. Stay away and don’t ask for extra sauce…Because she’ll snap on you....and then when you tell them never mind they want to give it to you. Nonsense... Do Better.
I ordered 2 half chicken with rice and tosrones. U got home and the chicken was pink! After having to return there for one reason or another. This is my last time with LaParilla. I did not but chicken to have to cook over our through in the garbage.
Good food but a little pricey
Menu prices wrong … I got the chicken strips they are dry and tasteless, I also got the calamari and it looked nothing like the pic , never have I seen calamari so big n thick, I thought they where onion rings . They where tasteless n extra chewy .. never going back
I love this place, the food is amazing. I always get a Sancocho or a chicken chop chop which is really good if youre looking for some chicken with fresh veggies and some rice, beans, and fries. The staff is helpful. You can call ahead to place your order and pick it up. They also have other options for pick up and delivery through menufy and door dash I believe. The food is absolutey delicous and the staff is friendly. The girl at the front is sweet and friendly.

My husband got a big family meal (carry out) We paid 80.00 , because we had some friends over , and for my surprise they only sent one beef and one sausage . I was supposed to get 1 pound meat and 2 sausage. I was very disappointed, I’m not coming to this place anymore !
I always enjoy ordering from this restaurant. Their chicken with rice and beans is always really good.
