Unexpected Delicious Food. I didn't have time to take a photo before finishing the huge portion of beef saltado with garlic potatoes. The sauce is incredible good. And my American friend had beef fried rice and love it, told me that tasted better than the Chinese version. We're very happy!
Completely turned off!! We order from this place weekly, sometimes twice a week. Today we went in to place our usual order 2 half chicken ( dark meat) meals, seafood paella & the stir fry chicken (chaufa), the lady that rang the order stated that it will be 15 min, for dark meat. We said that'll me fine. Moments later, she came back & said, sorry 45 min, again I was willing to wait. Low & behold this rotund guy, who claims he's the owner (I question that claim) says, "no-no dark meat... If I sell only dark meat, what am I going to do with the white meat?!" That's not on me too figure out Sir, maybe cook what's in demand??? Also, he proceeds to berate & yell at me, saying the customer's not always right & being very condescending. OMG, It was so embarrassing! This guy got so unhinged that he told the cashier to give me my money back instead of fulfilling the order. I see they get good reviews, but it can't be because of the Sample Rd location. La brassa lost our business & while it may not seem like a lot, we spent on the low end around $60/wk and will be happy to take our hard earned money elsewhere!!
Love this place. Great food, friendly service, very clean and super fast! A must try if you’re in the area. Delicious Peruvian and Chifa food!
Food is good and service is excellent the rotisserie chicken and the cilantro rice yummy.
When they first opened, the dos was great. As time has passed, not so good. Today we ordered as every Fridayand to our surprise I received a very spicy and rare piece of chicken (I am allergic to spicy food). I don't understand, are they willing to lose business?

Love this place for their chicken. They have nice people working here. I like how when you order a meal they hand you number to place on your table, which they then bring your meal to you. They also serve you your drink and bring utensils and anything else you may need. Very clean establishment with many plusses to list. Similar to El Pollo Tropical but with an added kick to their menu, as the chicken served at La Brasa is cooked to perfection in my opinion.
The customer service in this location sucks! Not sure if we have bad luck or their employees are idiots. They can never bring out our order on time. We spend 40 mins waiting on chicken, everytime we have been there. Not sure how they prioritize their orders. But if im there in person waiting in line, i think i should be a priority and not other orders. Always apologetic but still can't seem to get it right. La brasa, you need better employees capable to take orders and actually bringing them out in order.
A friend told me about this new place chicken's it tasted so close to our peruvian pollo a la brasa in Perú, I was doubting but I was amazed this chicken really brought me back my childhood in Perú is amazing really close taste. Love it!!!!❤??⚽️
Very friendly and attentive staff. They were more than what you’d expect from a quick chicken fix! Everyone there made sure that I had a filled beverage and that I was satisfied with my meal. Smiles on everyone’s face and all around good energy.
