Do not come. Trust me the food was absolutely horrible, Me and 2 other guys cam here after a long day of work to just have some good hibachi and none of us ended up eating our food as it tasted like plastic. Then was yelled at for not eating out food by the manager even after paying for our food! The did not end up cleaning the habachi table after cooking. the place is nasty!
The food was amazing as always! Our server (didnt get her name) and hibachi chef Joel were great! My son enjoyed celebrating his birthday there. My only complaint is when another waitress came to help serve cake, she was "cutting" it with spoons. Which destroyed a 40.00 cake. (Pic of what i was served) We had a cake cutter that was in the box with the cake, on top of that they charge 7.00 to serve it.
They charged my 11 year old as an adult when I clearly stated I needed the child's menu/ rate. The cook was not entertaining at all, no tricks. They were very sparingly with the portions of rice which was surprising because that's the cheapest ingredient out of everything. Food was tasty and not greasy.
I took the kids the other day to have some fun and try this hibachi thing! Unfortunately it was a terrible place to be! The smell of cooked oil & butter is all over & might make you dizzy...The waitress is rushing and yelling! The food was terrible and uncooked; it wasn't worth what you paying for; 1 bowl of rice with some piecesof frozen seafood will cost you$40 or more!! & in front of your eyes, every thing is cooked with butter: rice, noodles, seafood...and at the end, you have to pay 18% of tips included in your final bill! The funny part, after I paid over $200 for 2 adults and 3 kids meals, we had to go somewhere else to finish our dinner!!!
My experience here was amazing! The food was seasoned perfectly, the service was great! I had the mushroom soup which was super tasty, the salad with sweet savory ginger dressing, and the egg fried rice was flavorful and buttery to perfection. The veggies weren’t overly cooked which allowed a crunch and were seasoned with teriyaki sauce. The meat tasted good quality and was cooked to your preference and I definitely recommend Joel taking the Habachi grill, his humor is awesome and he truly gave us an awesome experience. There where many cook tricks he did and was an awesome show he performed! I definitely would come again!
Love having Hibachi right in our back yards. I am a Parkland resident and Realtor and our family enjoys frequenting Koto Sushi Hibachi. Some of our family members only like sushi and some like hibach and the show. Koto doesn't disappoint, and everyone in my family is happy and walks out full! They have fresh sushi and great hibachi choices.
The food was yummilicious and Joel was very entertaining and interactive..can't wait to go back. We had a Mexican roll which was good ..the steak and scallops super tasty as was the chicken and shrimp. We didn't order drinks, next time.it was very crowded either. There were 2 other couples sitting at our grill but we didn't feel like we were on top of each other if that makes sense. Next time I'm adding scallops to my meal ?
Just this past Thursday my friends and I went to this restaurant. We never heard of this hibachi restaurant so we decided to give it a chance and have friend’s giving there. Orders were placed and the mentioning of me being allergic to seafood was also mentioned as well. The chef came out seemed pretty nice and things. He went over the orders with everyone before starting to cook. He cooked the rice and to be honest the yellow rice wasn’t up to the standards. Not one time he seasoned the rice yet alone it was not fully cooked because I have tasted better rice then that. He cooked the steak and chicken first. Now mind you Go over the orders with everyone surrounding the table. Once finishing my food he begin to cook the seafood. Now everyone that ordered seafood was excited about getting extra shrimp as well with there order. Once the shrimp was cook he begin placing it on plates. So when he went to look at the order sheet to make sure he was giving my friend Courtney aka 40 yr old Virgin Mary his food he literally placed the shrimp over my plate while the butter was like literally popping off the shrimp. I had to yell NO NO NO that’s not for me ruining my whole appetite at that very moment. Once he finished cooking I notified the waitress about the situation that took place and she went to notify the manager. Turns out he is the kitchen manager so he comes out and claims that he ain’t do no such thing. Everyone at the table said he did and he was very rude about the situation. Instead of handling the situation and making sure your customer is satisfied he walked away. I asked the waitress to notify the other manager that’s on the front. She did and when the waitress came back to tell us what was said became very disturbing. We were told you should never eat hibachi again. I’ve been to numerous places and never had the issue yet alone the food not being up to the standards. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
Food was amazing, cook was great and made sure my kids enjoyed themselves and the food. The hot sake was on point. People complain about prices, but it's definitely cheaper than chain restaurants like Benihana. Definitely recommend.
Top notch benihana style hibachi place. Delicious food and entertaining cooking presentation.
