Loved it. A friend recommended this place when we were visiting FL. Food was amazingly delicious and perfectly spicy as we asked for. Quantity was good too. We are from Chicago so its easy to find fresh food here but we were quite surprise and happy to find similar taste and freshness. Happen to meet one of the owners (I think) when we picked up and he was quite courteous. We will definitely visit again when we are back there.
The food is mediocre/decent, but definitely not worth the prices for a restaurant which uses paper plates and plastic utensils for table service (even since way before the pandemic and has poor customer service. Fuethermore, there's no ambiance to speak of, in fact it is quite bleak, This is a mom and pop restaurant, which obviously can do as they please without corporate oversight, but refuse to give an inch. My wife is vegan - never an issue for any Indian restaurant which always have extensive vegan options, as this place does. The manager told her she can have a lunch special, which is a whopping 13 to $15 - the same price as an ala carte item only it includes naan and dessert. After we sat down and ordered an appetizer we were told they can give her roti instead of naan.. but MUST charge extra. even with knowledge that she would also be foregoing the dessert. They didn't offer to do anything else for us, just charged the same ala carte price but there was no lunch special involved. We could have went to a nice four star Indian restaurant with great customer service, a nice ambiance, better entrees, and even complimentary finger food for the table, such as papadam, for the same price or less.
Been eating here for awhile. Last night my daughter pulled a long black hair out her rice. The meal cost me 72$ as well for 2 veggie dishes and 2 chk dishes.
First time at Khana Kh’zana. Extraordinary food! Tried Kashmiri Rice and Shrimp Vindaloo with Garlic Naan! As fresh as you can get! Highly recommended!
we ordered dinner through Uber eats, both my bf & I got the butter chicken, with extra naan. after reading some reviews, I felt confident in my level of “spicey-ness” I went with a 3 & my bf did the 4, which I felt was pretty accurate, I’d say start lower if you’re unsure! we’ve eaten at multiple Indian restaurants in south FL & I would put Khana Khzana at the top, the chicken was cooked to perfection(not chewy/hard like other places I’ve tried) flavor is on point, portions & pricing were also extremely fair. I can easily say that we will be ordering from them again, & I would most definitely recommend eating here to anyone looking for an authentic meal!
Finger licking good food. The blend of spices are just right. I have tried other ones around Coral Springs and so far this one is my top favorite.
We had high expectations from this place once we saw it's a highly rated Indian restaurant in this neighborhood. However, honestly our experience with the food was lackluster and more towards a disappointing side. We ordered pickup. The wait times was more than an hour. The front desk is kind and helpful. However, they made the food exorbitantly spicy, that too when we asked a 4 on 10 spice level. I wonder if they add Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) when someone orders 10/10. Palak paneer didn't seem that well cooked. Palak had a weird texture in the curry, and everything seem to separate in its constituent phase in the curry - just as how sand, water, and oil separate out easily in their individual layers. Both palak paneer and mix veg were quite oily, though we expected that. The amount and variety of veggies in the mix veg curry was decent; however, it could've been cooked a little more. Overall the food was fine, it's just that the whole experience got ruined with the unbearable spice level, and unexpectedly half cooked curries.
it was a random stop, but I loved the food and employees…. I highly recommend you guys if you like real food ??mega she was so sweet and kind, thank you for your service ??
This place is amazing they went above and beyond. Fixed a spice issue that my son had. Kay was amazing so sweet and generous with his kindness the butter chicken is amazing and samosas are the best. Will only use this place for our cravings. This place also very clean place. Thanks for an exceptional experience
She is such a good cook and wonderful hostess. The place is small and barebones but the food is the best. This is as authentic indian as you can get. She is able to customize each dish for level of spiciness and to make it vegetarian if you need it. There's also fresh naan. You can't go wrong with this place if you are craving indian.
