We ordered 4 piece chicken combo and we asked for thighs. We received 4 pebbles. They're are tiny and cold. Just like pebbles.
Horrible experience, never go there yall they are trifflin and nasty, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES, FOOD OLD COLD AND TERRIBLE TOOK AN HOUR TO GET 5 TACOS AND A BURRITO, NEVER GOING BACK, AND WILL STEAR ALL MY PEOPLES AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A RESTAURANT

Ultra friendly helpful staff. They double check your order each time, always want to make sure everything is satisfactory. The food is great KFC chicken but what makes this location is the staff.
Rudest service imaginable. Food is consistently dried out. Try location on Sample Road. Much better service and food quality.
Slowest drive thru I've ever been in!!! Avoid this KFC on Friday and sat nights unless you have a lot of time on your hands!
Came in today with my coworkers for 5 mashed potato bowls. Such a disappointment. Everyone agreed the popcorn chicken looked old but we tried it anyway. Absolutely gross. It tasted like it was several days old. Never again.
Wish could give them negative stars, but I guess not. I have been there several times and every time the food has been bag. I thought because it was dinner rush or whatever but not consistent they are horrible. Food is old oversalted some how. Neither KFC nor taco bell products are eatable. DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION, take the drive and go somewhere else if you want eatable food.
Hadn't been to KFC in over 3-years. A visiting family member loves KFC and we got the 12-piece Original bucket.Pleasantly surprised for sure. Has KFC changed the original recipe a bit? The chicken was less oily than usual and definitely felt healthier.Service was very courteous. Although, you may want them to double bag bigger orders. My order almost fell through the bag as the man passed it through the window.Great service. Might give it a try again soon.
Do Not Bother With this KFC/Taco BellYou have almost no chance of being waited on when you actually go into the restaurant. The help, including the Manager, focus only on the drive up lane as if no other business matters. I waited for ten minutes at the counter and was never waited on. The had plenty of help, and I was the only personat the counter and the employees pretended to not seer me.
