Steer clear from this KFC. First things first idk weather the fact that the chicken is NEVER cooked properly it’s either to raw or waaaay to over cooked it becomes rubbery. I always make my husband drive to the further location. Also I used Apple Pay one time at this location. It went through and took payment from my bank but then they said it didn’t go through. I told them i was not willing to swipe again to be charged another $25. So I drove off. Later that evening my card was processed AGAIN for the same amount as earlier. I called and they said I have to send my bank statements to corporate. What a scam.
The service is terrible here, a whole hour before they close they shut down chicken tenders .. how ? That’s your most popular dish. She’s too lazy to make more. You need to find a better night crew
Do not use your credit card at this location. They will double charge you, not answer the phone when you call, and the corporate number off no support to get the situation corrected.Now I have to contact the bank to file a claim.
if i could do a 0 star i would, the girl at the drive Thru was just the worse employee i had ever seem, such a horrible attitude literally trowing my order at me Such a bit*** to be exact it was 6-4-22 drive thru at around 9:50pm. Learn some manners.
I’ve been here a couple of times and everytime I’m not able to get food it’s always something with them I will never come to this location again. Last time I was there the lady asked me am I picking up I told her no and she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any chicken left …… so why are you you even open if you don’t have any chicken, why ask me am I picking up if you don’t have any chicken. I’ll take my money somewhere else!!!
Its a standard KFC. Crowded when we were there. Prices were more expensive than we remember.
Waited ten minutes in drive thru just because employee "wasn't wearing the headset" just to be told they are closed. An hour early? Not mentioned anywhere? Was given some dumb excuse that they had to close early. I had four cars behind me. Not going to this location again. Put up a sign? Turn off the menu display? Common sense?
Ive never wrote a bad review before but I just had to warn people to stay away from this place. This store has the most disrespectful, rude and slowest workers ever. I went there yesterday and a young lady with super short bad blondeish dyed hair was taking my order with such an unnecessary attitude. She looks at me and walks away then when she finally comes back with a dirty look on her face. I asked her for an 8 piece bucket with 6 drumsticks and 2 chicken breast, her response was “ idk if I can give you that I have to see “… I asked her why but she ignored me and she rudely walked away to the drive thru for 5 mins then comes back while I’m still waiting up front so I insist on her to give me my meal that IM PAYING FOR. She didn’t give me a reason to why she can’t give me the food. Then she clicked a button on her headset to talk to her coworker and her coworkers response was “ just give it to her “ as if I’m being a burden ! Excuse me for not knowing I can’t order chicken from a CHICKEN SELLING RESTAURANT. Anyways if you want to be treated with respect and not deal with rude miserable people I’d suggest finding another kfc.
I was there last weekend and they have a new manager there, a really nice guy. Nice KFC to go ??
I usually don’t do fast food restaurants because well you know it is what it is… However this one has done this so many times that I feel the need to share with everyone the service is horrific they ignore you when you’re at the drive-through they’re rude to you and they close early!Not to mention the food is old rubbery and stale especially in the evenings. Managers do not care there …stay away.
