The service was trash and my chicken caesar wrap was also trash hardly any chicken and it seem old the carpets needs cleaning you can smell the same stench from the carpet on your food for a pricey meal i wouldn't recommend it

Best customer service, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. While I was grabbing my lunch, I saw one of the staff help an elderly man struggling with a cane bring his food out to his car. Kindness requires so little effort sometimes but goes such a long way. Keep it up!

Great customer service but prices are higher then the competition for a small sandwich with barley meats and they charge me extra to put cheese on my order lol. The bread is nice and fresh but the bathrooms was not clean and no soap ?.

This is by far the best Jimmy John's I've been to. The staff provides exceptional service every single time. Not only are they friendly, but attentive as well. The sandwiches are tasty, but customer service is even better. If you haven't been here before, then I recommend you go.
Ordered a spicy Italian no onions. The guy says spicy Italian no onions pick up! I grab it I sit down and eat onions on it! That's why he's making sandwiches for a living
Poor service, no staff at dinner time. Called put on hold twice to order one sub, instead on letting me order, had to listen about only two people there and the phone rang, was put on hold a 2nd time. Served green tomatoes. Very sad management at this location. I don't blame the kids working, but the lame owner not properly staffing.
I was very shocked as the caliber of sub that they make. First, it seemed like pulling teeth just to get extra mayo. Then I was shocked by the little amount of actual meat they put on the sub. Needless to say, the sandwich left me hungry and disappointed. Not a place I'd recommend.
