I am in love with this place oh my God you have to try the sandwich it's amazing! All the workers are so friendly and eager to please especially the managers Alexis and Jonathan and the cashier Debbie as well and that's just picking three off The top of my head! If I could name them all I definitely would this is definitely the best experience I've had at a fast food type of environment All I know is if I'm ever in Coral springs this is the only place I'll be eating do yourself a favor and check them out!
The service is consistently terrible. There have been mutiple times where I have had to ask where my food was before they even began to cook it. The employees seem like they are either incapable of doing their job or just not that interested in doing so. This last time I went I placed an online order and was given a pickup time. When I arrive, my online receipt was hanging near the register but my food wasn't ready. I ask where my food is and they say there was a problem with the system so they have to start cooking it, which will take around 15 min. If there was a problem with the system, why was my online receipt right there in plain sight for everyone to see? I believe my food was given to another customer, but whatever the issue they were in the wrong. After all of this, I wasn't offered a soda, cookie, future discount, or anything else for my inconvenience. Also, while I was standing there they were turning people away or telling them they only had burnt chicken at least 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Anyway to make a long story short, the service is consistently terrible and I doubt I'll ever go back. Buyer beware!
So I’ve been to Huey magoos about 4 times..I keep giving it another try because everyone loves it so much but I don’t understand the hype ? the service isn’t always the best, it’s kinda like always a mess, at first I figured because it was a new restaurant you have to get situated but they haven’t really improved. They’re drinks are good and the portions are good but if I have to compare flavors I love Chick-fil-A tenders more just wish they could give more like Huey magoos. It’s ok, even good but not the BEST.
Excellent food, service, sauce, cleanliness, side dishes. Delicious everything. Tenders like butta!!!butter!!!!Acoustics need major help. Our heads were pounding inside it was THAT loud. Couldn't hear each other at all- when ordering and when our group dined inside. Annoying.
Service is horrible, manager is incompetent and servers next to her are just as rude. They continue to do dine-ins and absolutely neglect their delivery/ pickup not starting mine until I arrive and refunding the lady in front of me. What a disgraceful company and I promise you that chicken that they rush out is not worth it. Take your business somewhere else!
This is a must try if you’re in the area!They serve tenderloins of the chicken only which they refer to as the “filet mignon” of the chicken and I strongly agree! ?The meat is ridiculously tasty and well seasoned, great fresh fries, their sauces are amazing, prices are very fair! ??Our office is close by and this is a favorite for pick up orders, their packaging is also top notch, well placed and bagged for easy transportation.If you’re in the area craving GOOD chicken, give this place a try! You won’t regret it!Hoping they expand and open some locations down south in Miami soon ??
Very good and fresh. The fries are very good but a bit salty. Next time I will order without salt. The only reason I went here is because they were giving out samples at a grand opening of a near by store. Will definitely come back again.
Don't bother calling in an order if it's busy. They will just leave you on a perpetual hold. Next time I'll drive to the location further to me to get the better service. I would rather they just say they are too busy to take a phone order than to leave me on hold.
First the out side dining was a great idea with the virus on the rise. We enjoyed our chicken tremendously and will definitely return soon.
I love Huey's but not this location. The staff never washes their hands and are borderline rude. One of their managers was actually at my hotel (apparently she has a staff member that was causing violent issues and even was involved in an extremely violent assault on someone and was being asked to leave the hotel). She had the audacity to scream while in uniform at the front desk. If that boss only knew that same employee has her room fully stocked with boxes of cups, trays, napkins, and forks from her job.
