Just ordered at this location for the first time, and the verdict? Definitely the worst Firehouse Subs I have ever been to. The person taking my order was rude and seemed almost too busy take my order. The hot subs came out cold and tasted gross. No idea why, trying to reheat at home now. Will give it one more try before giving up on this location. If it's this bad next time, I'm asking for my money back, wasted $30+ this time.
Had a free Italian from t-mobile Tuesday...very tasty and fresh...good sandwiches..
Ordered four sandwiches with 3 combos. Grabbed the bag and I should have looked inside but since it was an online order I figured the instructions were clear enough. The bag was missing all of the chips and three of the four sandwiches were made incorrectly. They told me I had to bring the sandwiches back with me and they would remake them. When I got there there was no apology nothing said to me no compensation for their mistake just new sandwiches and the chips were missing again. Luckily this time I checked everything. Not fair that I had to make a second trip and wasn't offered any compensation let alone an apology. Not sure I'm going to be ordering again from them
ordered a plain steak and cheese. Opened the package when I got home and they put a wet pickle on top of the sandwich wrapper, the pickle juice leaked thru the wrapper into the sandwich, disgusting. threw it in the trash. I will be asking for a refund.

First time trying your subs. A lil disappointed. Ordered two meatball subs and both subs didn’t have a lot of the marinaría sauce. The sub would have definitely been a 10 but it was a dry sub.
Had a great lunch with my kids here today. The food is made fresh for you and it is very flavorful. This sandwich chain is a little more pricey than some but the quality is there making it worth the dough! This location was clean and the staff friendly. It feels a little cramped if you dine in, but space in South Florida is a premium and it was organize well. I definitely recommend. Ample parking too.
Store wasn't busy at all for my late lunch...odd entrance to store- if you're facing the front it's to your right around corner.I usually have the Hook n Ladder when I go to any Firehouse, but I tried something new (NY Steamer) which i had fully involved with toppings....it was good. But not as tasty as the Hook n Ladder.One thing to remember at this location, hard wood chairs....so if you need it, bring a cushion!!!As a whole, a nice clean restaurant!Stay safe all.Thanks,Charles
