As a Peruvian, this restaurant made me proud!! The food is 10/10 and the service we received was 10/10. Wish I could remember the server’s name. She was super welcoming and knowledgeable on the menu. All the other staff were attentive and picked up any empty plates which is a pet peeve of mine when they don’t. I am recommending this place to everyone :)
This place is a hidden gem. The restaurant is clean, plays great music, is filled with bright natural light at the front or more relaxing vibes near the back. The TVs… I pay the highest compliment to. Most places play the news or a sport. This establishment had three TVs on 3 different paradise views that changed throughout our meal. Very relaxing, trendy vibes! Well done.The food is delicious and comes in large portions. We wanted to try everything and had to take a bunch home. They even gave us ceviche on the house (they heard us keep talking about it)! Their crepe brûlée has vanilla beans on the bottom, it was so funky and I couldn’t stop eating it!The two complaints we have are that they have a small selection of beer and wine (no liquor) and the other comment is their sushi rolls are all focused on shrimp tempura being the main ingredient, 2-3 rolls should be devoid of shrimp tempura for some variation.
Omg! Everything is amazing. Service is espectacular. This restaurant hasn’t been open for long and they are always full. Listen you can believe in reviews or not but the fact that they are always busy tells you how good they are. The ceviche is delicious. They have a fusion if sushi that wont let u order sushi for any other place ever again bc it will never taste the same. The sangria is amazing. The pescado au gratin is a most have. . Ricardo and Ivan always take care of me my friends and my family when I go. It feels so good how they welcome you when they know you already and they know what u like that u dont even have to ask. I am happy they open in Coral Springs bc there was not other restaurant worth the experience. U must try it and see for yourself.
New Favorite place! Everything was amazing! Food, service and atmosphere. They have a sushi roll with beef and chimichuri sauce that is out of this world. The ceviche trio is a must have.. The fish with Asian vegetables is in a teriyaki sauce and is as tasty as it is pretty. However you HAVE to save room for the crème Brûlée, the texture is perfect and the flavor is so amazing that no one knew it had Quinoa in it! LOL. We will probably be back TOMORROW.
Probably the best sushi roll I ever had: Teriyaki Entraña is the best. The place offers an extensive menu with delicious options like Leche de tigre, anticuchos and lots of traditional peruvian dishes.great atmosphere and excellent service.
I love the food at Embarcado 41! I tried the Sunrise location and the food was amazing and I decided to try the Coral springs location on University drive and the food was just as good. I had the ceviche, tempura shrimp roll and the seafood rice. Everything was very flavorful! I would definitely go again!
Ordered take out and it was amazing !!!! The avocado roll got devoured in two seconds and the lomo saltado with fettucine a la huancaina was to die for!!! The meat was so tender and the sauce was delicious! I’ll be back to dine in with my family for sure
The food here is absolutely delicious and the staff is super friendly. We order from the Lunch special and it was a hit. The price was a little bit on the high side for a lunch, but the ambiance made it worth it! I will definitely come back to this place.

My husband and I were looking for a place to have dinner tonight and had no idea we had this restaurant around the corner from us. Starting with the service, the ambiance, the decor and attention to detail nothing less than a five. Ordered white sangria, pulpo anticuchero, lomo saltado and a wonderful salmon sushi with passion fruit sauce, delicious!! For dessert we had the Crocante de lucuma, not as sweet, chocolate and soft mouse. Highly recommend.
