Horrible customer service I called ahead just to wait 10 more mins after I arrived at the giving time. While nobody was in the restaurant except me and 4 employees my food started to get made and I observed an older guy who possibly is an owner making cafe con leche which I assumed was for me since I was waiting for my order. But it wasn’t he begin to grab his food and coffee and go sit down. While I waited for my food and he observed that. After being handed my sandwich the young man went and made my coffee. No team work here what do ever very disappointing Not to mention I was charged for large cafe con leche which I got a small instead. The sandwich well you can see… it suppose to be sweet Cuban bread but it’s not sweet it’s stale AS HELL waste of my time & money
Yummy yummy coffee and sandwiches a little place with quick good food helpful staff wife and I will be coming back good prices
Good food and great customer service.I ordered the Cuban sandwich and chicken croquetas to go. I especially recommend the chicken croquetas. The Cuban sandwich was good but nothing special. All in all great local restaurant!
An absolute hidden gem! A small sandwich shop, specialising in grilled sandwiches, they truly deliver in quality, flavour and size. I had the Cuban Sandwich, which was packed with flavour, the pork was delicious and clearly properly treated before serving, as a side I had the Tostones which were freshly cooked, crispy and warm. To finish, I enjoyed a sweet traditional Tres Leches dessert. I can honestly say that the Cuban Sandwich, easily fits into my all-time top 3 sandwiches.
Delicious! I've been looking for a Cuban breakfast and lunch place and finally I found a local that didn't disappoint! I had the Cuban steak with black beans, white rice and tostones. Steak was absolutely the best I've had outside of Miami! Beans were excellently seasoned too. I've got to try their other location too and see if they stay true.
I’ve ate from this place for a long time and really enjoyed there food. Friendly staff but since new management has taken over its a completely different experience. Ordered $50 dollars worth of food and was made incorrectly. Brought back the sandwiches and wanted me to wait 30 min or I could come back for a credit. Which I agreed to come back. When I called and spoke with Carla the manager she started with an attitude right of the bat. She did not want to honor the credit and made up a lie stating I ordered food and didn’t pick it up. I will no longer eat at any of there locations.
Karla was quick and kind she gave me my order with no issues. Their food is awesome!!!!!, My order was done sooner than I thought.
A taste of Cuba ?? right here in Coral Springs !!! This is our place for great tasting Cuban sandwiches, cafe con leche and pastries. It's a stucked away gem right off Sample and 99th ave opposite Wings Plus. If I could give them more stars I would have. Customer service at it's best. Always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Ariel was my server today and he projected himself as such an outstanding young man. The pastries are the best I've had in Broward. It’s aways fresh, warm and flaky just how we like it. Had the Frita burger and added a fried egg. Done perfectly the beef and chorizo patty along with the egg was the star !!!! Not forgetting the Cuban burger bread. Ariel gave me 2 pastries tone guave.and one cheese and as expected they were flaky, fresh and tasty. The guave was the hit for me.There is ample parking. The price is good and the quality and standard is high. The manager should be proud to have Ariel as an employee as he demonstrated such dedication and passion for his job not somethingyou see everyday. It's worth the drive if you don't live close to Coral Springs.
Wonderfully tasting food! My daughter got the pork and I got the steak. Both so good! Highly recommend it!
So disappointed, we went for a Cuban Sandwich, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best either, it wasn’t even toasted. When we arrived to the store, I see a guy siting down, looking at his phone, he is wearing gloves, so im paying attention to see if he is going to cook my food. He wiped his nose with the back of his hand (gloves on). He gets up and indeed starts to prepare my order. I asked the young guy to please tell him to change his gloves ( the cook doesn’t speak english) then he starts telling the young guy that I was lying, that he would never do that, I speak Spanish too and he kept saying to my face that I was lying, there are cameras and you can see that he wiped his nose, regardless he shouldn’t have been touching his phone, nor tell me I was lying, simply change your gloves, I was by no means rude or anything. Just common sense and hygiene. But not worth it. The young boy, (I think his name is Ariel) was very helpful, he was understanding and helpful with the situation, he kindly offered coffee and pastries for the bad experience ( I declined), I was in shock with the entire situation and couldn’t react in the moment, but I should have requested my money back and just leave the place. Humiliating and not even a good sandwich. SMH
