Horrible experience. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Long wait. Saw manager wasn't even delegating work or have somebody to come up there to take care of the four and five customers in line and then more came after that so it was a good 89 customers and they didn't acknowledge anybody yet. This Duncan needs to revamp and rehire. Delegation and communication is key.
The one star was only so I could leave a review. I went to Dunkin at 5:30 pm at drive thru, they took my order for two coffee's. I drive up to window and they are eating and one person who was obviously not an employee was dancing in the dinning area. I was told they are all out of regular coffee and are not making anymore before they close, in an hour and a half. Wow ok. So I pull away and said no, I'm saying something. I park and go inside but the doors were locked and the lights were out. They opened the door and I said you already locked your doors and turned out the lights and I was told they were about to mop the floors. I think if Dunkin has any integrity this will be addressed starting with someone from corporate visits unannounced and see for themselves.
Spare yourself! Very unprofessional. There is never any milk alternatives and don’t bother asking. The cashier will only become sarcastic and TELL YOU, That you can just take the WHOLE MILK. Very disrespectful to say the least. It’s convenient for my commute, but definitely not worth the headache and anxiety it causes. And Still Get No Morning Coffee!!!
Management and staff changed sometime in the past month or two. This used to be a good location. Now they just flat out get orders wrong. Avoid and go elsewhere for now.
Worst dunkin in the area. Don't waste your time..Would love to talk to the owner and let them know how much business they're losing by only using the drive through. Some people aren't lazy and want to walk inside and enjoy their food with there kids. This happens every weekend.
This Dunkin’ used to be the best, and I would go every morning. They were super fast and always got my order correct. They must be under new management, and now they have gone completely down hill. Their espresso machine is “down” 6 out of 7 days per week and they are always out of cold brew. Their drive through now takes FOREVER so don’t even bother going if you don’t want to be late for work. They keep their front door locked in the morning even during business hours. I love Dunkin’ coffee, but this location has me going to the one in the Regency Lakes plaza or Starbucks instead.
Horrible Horrible customer service. I waited for 5 minutes to order, talking, saying 'hello?'.... no response. 8 cars behind me. I decide to pulling to the window because I thought maybe the speaker was broken. She rude employee proceeds to tell me she can't take my order because she wasn't ready for me because they're on a timer. She wanted me to drive back around and get back in line! Unbelievable. New management needed!
Waiting 30 min in the drive through and they were literally out of everything. Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. Hopefully they do better in the future.
I agree 100% with the last review. I have these guys a few chances before leaving a review but it seems like they will not change. Today I got there at 5:56 and even though they are supposed to open at 5am, no one would say anything on the drive through, I drove to the window and they just said they were sorry but not ready yet. Now on most days they’re either not ready and put up a sign saying they’ll be ready by 6am or they just let you wait there to find out no one will talk to you just to drive around and see everyone inside, that is horrible customer service knowing someone will come to the drive through waiting to be serviced and to have no consideration to at least put on the headset and say that they’re not open yet( still not acceptable but at least some customer service). I hope this location doesn’t close but it will definitely need new management.
Terrible service. Can’t seem to get an order right then instead of fixing it at the window the person at the window makes you drive back around and sit once again in a line which on a Saturday morning is about 15 minutes long. When you get back to the window they seem happy about it. Not a way to run a business.
