Sad because I used to come here almost everyday but this place it getting worst and worst. Bagels when in existence not completed baked or cooked. In the afternoon they may have nothing :( that is bad. I guess this is good for the new place next door which I did not know and because of the lack of options at Dunkin' I started ordering from there.
Look I hate to say it but this is just a terrible dunkin. My wife and I live right next to it and LOVE dunkin. We tried so many times to give them a shot, but in the over a dozen times we went I can count on one hand how many times our order was actually right.Even worse half the time we'd be waiting 20-30 minutes for our order only for it to be wrong and have to fight through the line to try to get it fixed. It's just not worth it anymore, we've given up and are driving to the one 15 minutes away on university to actually get decent food.
Coffee was okay, lady behind the register was handling cash with one hand and handling food with the other...with no gloves...disgusting!
Through DoorDash this morning I ordered an ice coffee, 1 jelly filled donut and 1 chocolate frosted. What I got was my coffee and 2 jelly filled. Reading the order is fundamental. I tried to call the store multiple times over several hours and got an immediate message each time that they are busy and to call back another time. Lousy customer service if you ask me. Also there was no straw for my large iced coffee.
Although they got my order slightly wrong, Xavier was sure to correct it with a smile and I appreciated that tremendously.
I love Dunkin Donuts. Sausage egg cheese on a bagel is my favorite. Friendly staff. Clean.
Terrible they never have anything available machines alway down I don’t know why they still have that store open so sad
Staff needs training. Food and coffe was edible but not as it should have been. Imagine, the best item was a toasted plain bagel with butter.
Trash cans full and overflowing, dirty tables, Not a typical Dunkin donuts. Employees definitely need to take pride in the work areas.
The employee at the register SNEEZED while she was taking my order and covered it up with the back of her hand- not her elbow, not a tissue, but the hand she used a moment later to touch my cup☕ And no, she did not bother to use any disinfectant. I would hate to think what she does when people aren't looking?. Even without the pandemic, it's so unprofessional and insanitary to touch your mouth after a sneeze with the backs of your fingers- not to mention plain old GROSS?
