Dunkin doughnuts is one of my favorite breakfast places, usually takeout.
Fast drive thru service. Very efficient. Donut quality has improved over the last year. Definitely will be a frequent visitor.
Love these guys.. always on point. Prepared exactly as the items should be.
I don't know what happen to this location but they really went downhill. They are constantly going through employees which tells me they probably treat their staff poorly. The staff they do hire are unfriendly and constantly get the orders wrong. I work across the street which is why I make daily visits but it never fails that I have to go back b/c my order is completely wrong. Today I ordered an iced latte and assorted munchkins. One, my latte is dark.. its as if they put a drop of milk. Two I asked for an assortment of munchkins but please NO jelly-filled. I ordered 10 but got 9. Out of 9 munchkins, I got 7 jelly-filled, 1 chocolate frosted, and 1 regular frosted..... this may just be my last visit.
These people can't make a coffee right to save their lives! Every single time I go there they mess up my order. Please teach your Baristas how to make a coffee LIGHT and SWEET. That means Extra sugar and Extra milk. Example: Small coffee will get 4milk/4sugars. Please get this right. We need our coffee and it will save us from having to go back inside to have it corrected. Ironically, they do make excellent sweet tea.
They're short staffed. Workers seem stressed for obvious reasons.
This location use to be great. It is a nightmare now that its changed ownership. Be prepared to be in the drive thru for 20 minutes! The staff is slow and rude. Half the time they are out of items like cup lids, vanilla syrup!
If your hours are advertised on Friday until 8pm, you should either remain open until 8pm or change your hours. Unprofessional to advertise you are open and people drive all the way to you and you closed early! 7:50, closed already.
Ngl, it’s a little ghetto, but the ghetto Dunkin’s are lowkey the best☺️ And the employees I always get don’t have an attitude that much.
I swear this place needs to fire all their employees and rehire! Workers have attitude when they can't even do their job right, go back to the kitchen and learn how not to serve rock hard hash browns. My teeth hurt trying to bite these ?
