This is by the far, the worst dunkin donuts I have ever seen! I go here very often as it is in walking distance of my job, and I don't know why I keep going back, but after today, no more. The service here is horrible because these employees are very overwhelmed. Good luck getting your order correct, or even in a timely manner. Your online order not there? They probably gave it to someone else, because they tried to do that to me the other day. "This is close to what you ordered, just take this one.' Um, no because what happens when that person comes in? Now their food isnt there...come on guys. ? So today, I go in to get my coffee, there are 3 ppl waiting for their food, for quite a while based off their annoyed faces and mumbling to eachother. So I go up to the counter, and the ceiling is leaking, like EVERYWHERE! The counters have puddles on them, the floor is saturated with cardboard trying to soak up the water. There is water clearly dripping from MULTIPLE spots. Buckets and garbage cans trying to catch the leak. Why are they even open right now with a leak like that? Its not like its dripping in one or two spots, its literally EVERYWHERE. Is it dripping into any food? Gross!!! Good luck guys if you go here, and if your a local that drops by frequently, you know what Im talking about!
10 am, I go in for a bagel and the cashier tells me "he said no food" referring to the cook.I changed my review to 3 stars. The manager actually called me and apologized for the inconvenience. She was a very nice woman who is just trying her hardest to find hard workers.
If i would be able to rate this 0 stars, I would. How could a Dunkin’ Donuts never have any donuts after 3 pm? Me and my daughter have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times and they always have just a few options. Not even a few, barely! There are times where you just want to go and enjoy after work a nice cup of coffee with a donut but they never have any! We’re never coming back again. We’re just gonna go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts. Not even! We might as well go to crispy crème! Please, don’t waste your time coming to this store. Gas has already been expensive lately.
I have never received a correct order there. Always wait at least 10 minutes. And staff seems under qualified which is impressive
There’s a very rude employee here who literally yelled at my friend with so much attitude. She ordered a donut but the worker didn’t give her the donut right away so she went to the pickup station since there was a very long line behind us. The girl came over and gave her the donut and then proceeded to say “Next time maybe wait” in a extremely rude way to the point were other customers were in shock as well.
They messed up on my drink order which isn’t a big deal, easy fix! Wasn’t upset at all! It’s how they handled the situation when I kindly asked to fix it. They were very rude with a scuff when I asked. Overall hostile environment, rude costumer service and will not be coming back bc of it.
The staff was doing their best to get orders out in a timely fashion... It seemed like the managers weren't helping the new people out. They were just barking orders and when they didn't know how to accomplish the task they just berated them... I feel sorry for the staff under these managers and wish them all the best ...
By far the worst dunkin if ever been to kids in the store do care about anybody they take to long to do anything and have attitudes something needs to be done inside this store
I highly doubt anybody will read this, but avoid this place at all costs. Spent 40 minutes waiting for a sandwich only to be told somebody else had taken it and then had difficulty getting a refund. My friend also waited 30 minutes for his food, and my other friend had his bagel taken. The manager was dropping food on the counter without saying anything. Saw similar issues with other customers.
I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and they charged me a $1. each for tap water - disappointing!
