Hot coffee tastes like plain hot water. No taste or strength to it at all. Horrible. My bagel was stale too. It’s literally just a waste of money going to Dunkins nowadays.

got the donut order wrong it literally looks like they just wanted to put whatever they wanted in the box didnt listen at all the i try calling and it says the phone is not in service this is not what i ordered and not what i wanted im super disappointed and i want a refund but they wont answer my calls
Ordered through uber eats, got my order wrong. Ordered a matcha latte with less ice, they gave me alot of ice and less liquid. Worst part is that they didn't even mix it properly and there's sugar and matcha powder sitting at the bottom.

Twenty minute wait for coffee ordered 2 breakfast items and they were wrong. They focus on mobile orders versus people and have no customer service
Only went for two bagels and waited over 10 minutes, then I asked if they were making my bagels and worker clearly said no. So what am I waiting for? Smh. Never going back to this Dunkin donuts.
