I was so very excited to try these cookies. I tried the donut cookie. It reminded me of cookie dough that we used to sell at fund raisers. The cookie was warm but still tasted of raw dough.Oh well looking at the line of parents with kids I'm not the target audience here.
Yet again I have been disappointed by crumble cook cookie Parkland location. My cookie was basically raw cookie dough. I drove 35 minutes to this location only to come home and eat raw cookie dough? I’m not sure what’s going on with management but it needs to be resolved and be resolved quickly. I know how seriously crumble takes feedback and I hope that my review isn’t Swept away

The best damn cookies. Not only are they extremely fresh but they stay fresh. I’m pretty sure I ate a week old cookie and it was still amazing. If you haven’t done it. DO IT.
This place is kinda overhyped now. The cookies are decent but it’s not “the best cookie” like everyone in the reviews say, but it is good!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Why order ahead if you don't have any cookies when the app can block you from certain cookies (I've seen it). This is bad inventory management.Then to top it off, my curbside order was behind schedule and they asked me to wait 15 min. Fast forward 40 min later, no update so I had to walk in the store. So half my order missing, and waiting 15 min for a frosting that was being made, was told its another 20-25 min. Where is the customer service to walk out and notify me who has been waiting 40+ min.The refund experience was even better as no customer service was properly given. No apologies, no sincerity, just provided a refund and didn't receive the free cookies reward (birthday reward mind you) back.Terrible experience and won't be going back. What a waste of time.
I wish I could give my experience zero stars. This is possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. I placed my curbside order three hours in advance.Once I got there, it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out and she said 2 out of the 4 cookies I ordered were sold out (which is understandable, it’s a busy store and popular flavors run the risk of selling out) and the worker also informed me that they were making icing for another cookie and that it would take 15 minutes to prepare (which again is fine, we didn’t mind especially making something fresh)After at least 30 minutes and still waiting in the car, we decided to go inside and ask how much longer it was going to be. When we walked in, it was a mad house. No direction, no organization. You could tell everyone was becoming upset and people were starting to voice their issues including door dash workers.Politely, I asked THREE different employees how much longer it would be, all of them looked at me and walked away. Finally, the same woman came to me and said it would be an additional 25 minutes, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. At this point I was dumbfounded and I just gave in, asking for a refund. Over an hour waisted for nothing. Sure, the cookies are decent. But I’m going to have a hard time justifying coming back after that experience. I highly doubt management is reading this, but I’m hoping this helps someone considering trying crumbl.
If you haven't been to Crumbl before you need to visit. Don't think about it, just go! I was hesitant before, its just another cookie store, but i'm not ashamed to say I was wrong. From the moment I walked in I was happy. The smell of freshed baked cookies greet you at the door. The decor is super cute and inviting and the staff is friendly. I rate the cookies 10/10. It reminded me of freshly home-baked cookies and my favorite, of course, was the chocolate chip cookie. Soft baked, thick and gooey, I'm not hard to please. I got a box of six to share and everyone enjoyed them. All the cookies came warm so it was like it was fresh out of the oven. If you want a dessert or cheat snack just check them out.
I received a box of these cookies as a gift and they are absolutely the best cookies ever! My fav was the chocolate cake cookie with heath bars and vanilla frosting. Reasonably priced for what you get!!
Crumbl cookies are always delicious and always hit the spot when you’re craving something sweet! The menu changes weekly so it gives you a new sweet surprise to look forward to each Monday!
