The high schoolers who work here unplug the business phones during peak hours to avoid dealing with people.
Horrible service and facility was absolutely disgusting. The worker that helped me had headphones on and got my order wrong. He was very rude and they were all wearing their masks on their chins. Do not go here. You’re better off going somewhere else. The franchise owner should be ashamed.
Worst Coldstone experience yet. Staff was right in front of me but talking to each other instead of greeting me and starting our order. Maya was helping us and started putting the wrong toppings on mine and was unhelpful when I told her that’s not what I wanted. She said that’s what I said and didn’t seem to mind she was mixing up the wrong ice cream. Flavors tasted off as well. Will avoid this location.

Went in the middle of the day very hot outside. No indoor seating poor customer service.
Beware: make sure all of your order is in the bag before leaving the store. I poorly assumed that I was handed my entire order before driving all the way home. It was only then did I realize that I was not given all of my ice cream. I drove back to the store only to be asked "How could I forget my ice cream?" I advised the employee that part of my order was never handed to me. Their reply, "Oh." I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service... the expectations weren't even that high; being given what I had paid for was really all I ever expected, but even that couldn't be satisfied. It would have been nice for the employee to, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience... but again, the customer service is highly negligent at this location.
The ice cream taste is fairly good, too sweet for my taste and it melted fast. The place was too crowded at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday even though they attended relatability quickly.
I only gave four stars because this location does not have Pistachio as an option. Please get this flavor as an option. Everything else is excellent. Great customer service, as well.
Bad experience, we order online 3 Love it’s and we got like it instead, even offer curbside, they ask for vehicle information, when I called, they asked to come inside to pick it up. When we got home we noticed that our order was wrong. We drove 20 minutes to go and other 20 to back home. When I call them to complain about it,the lady told to come back to get the correct order, so explained that is too far so I requested to credit my credit card than she said to call a 305 number to complain and they chilling be able to resolve the issue. REALLY! The issue was the store and the employee who processed my order, no the corporation. I have decided to make this comment, because it’s so annoying. We won’t be back to this place.
