Great location with good quality food. Workers are pretty nice. I don’t really have any complaints.
Buyer beware! I ordered through UberEats and received a completely different order. I ordered the Pollo Asado bowl and received a pork bowl with dairy. I'm attaching a copy of the receipt and the received item. I'm aware mistakes do happen but I waited an hour for my order and then I could not eat because I don't eat pork. Their corporate response was less than satisfactory. I received a coupon for a free bowl to use in 30 days! It's going to take a while to even go back to Chipotle.
Worst experience i have had at a Chipotle ever.I arrived and the front door was locked. A customer told me they were only taking online orders. I ordered one of my saved favorites on the app and went in to receive my order. Estimated pick up time was 6:30 pm. I received my order 20 minutes late. When I got home, my order was missing the black beans and the food was all ice cold. Also, it was less than the usual amount. The staff were also not very friendly or welcoming.I ordered chips and salsa. I need more than one container for the salsa Fresca, but when I asked for 2 extra ones, I was charged for them. Staff seem to make up the rules where this is concerned. Sometimes I'm charged, most times not. I recommend increasing the price and including up to 3 or 4 salsas. It's a lot of chips for one cup of salsa Fresca.
Unsatisfied with the attention at this restaurant. My order was scheduled to be ready by 8:20pm, gave them some extra time to finish up my order as I arrived by 8:35pm. Got there the pick up shelf was empty I approached the cashier and asked for my order. She couldn’t find it anywhere turns out she never printed the slip. Then proceeds to print my slip out and put it all the way at the end of the line. By the time I got my food it was 9:10 and well over 15 customers got there order before me as they arrived after me.
Do not expect to pick up your food at your delivery time - it will most likely not be ready. I understand that it gets busy, but there’s no reason to wait 30mins for an order that was placed with more than enough time for pickup. They need a better system.
Service is ok. If you're ordering online, it will say a time your food will be ready. Take that time, add 10-15 minutes more because it won't be ready when they say it will. Then double-check your order is correct. It's usually correct, but sometime s it's not.
I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:30PM. Suspecting that they would be busy for dinner time, I arrived at 5:40PM to give the staff some extra time to prepare my meal if needed. When I got there, the rack where the online orders are placed was empty. I approached a staff member and told them I was picking up my online order, and the staff member said if it’s not on the rack then it’s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in the lobby, as a staff member shouted at others waiting for their online orders, “if you’re waiting for your order you need to wait in the lobby and not stand here while I’m making them.” By 6PM, another customer asked how long I was waiting. I told her my order was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. She then said “there’s a bag sitting behind the counter where she’s making the online orders. You should ask her if it’s yours”. I then asked the staff member behind the counter who the order was for, which was tucked away at the back of the counter behind other items. She said my name, so I took the bag and left. When I got home (I only live 5 minutes away) not only did it seem like the food was thrown in the bag, but there were no lids on the bowls and it was wrapped messily in tinfoil with food coming out of it. All of the food was extremely cold and the tacos were soggy and drenched in beans and guacamole with nearly no chicken (see pic!). It was impossible to pick up the tacos since the hard shells were soggy and could not be picked up without falling apart. Not only was the staff very unfriendly, but they clearly did not care about how they were serving their customers. I love chipotle, but this is one of many instances I’ve experienced at this specific location. I was extremely disappointed with my experience tonight and felt it was time for me to leave my feedback. Don’t go to this chipotle for a good meal!
What an awful experience. They're currently not allowing people to go in their store which I can understand with the influx of covid cases in the area. They have a QR code posted on their door. Fine, I'll place my order online even though I am standing right outside the door. It took 25+ minutes to get the two meals I ordered. Again, fine - I am a very patient person. I get home - the bag is leaking because they wrapped my bowl in aluminum foil with a regular base. There's no guac as specified on my order and worst of all? The food wasn't even edible. The rice wasn't cooked right, the steak was awful (wouldn't even feed it to my dog), and the whole presentation was just utterly disgusting. For someone who once used to love Chipotle, I just can't help but wonder - what happened?
Visited on a Monday at 3:30 pm. Probably the least busiest time of the week. Place was a mess. All tables dirty. Garbage cans overflowing. Counted at least 10 employees. I mentioned it to the cashier. No response.
I show up and it was online ordering only. I hate when they do that, it’s so often these days. The rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. The order was not ready on time and was not corrrect. The meat was just a big string of fat. The employee refused to give me her name and then shut the door in my face.
