This place has gone way down hill!! My burrito bowl had very little chicken, my salsa was half empty, and my order was 20 mins late! I could have just ordered inside and gotten my order 12 times! I’ll never order on the app again! Honestly Zona Fresca across the stress is A MILLION TIMES BETTER!

Gives rotten fruit with kids meal.I’ve had multiple issues at this location like ordering a veggie bowl online and receiving chicken in it.I have no idea how it has 4 stars.

Spent $40 on a lunch for 1 adult and 2 kids meals and it was definitely not worth it. I understand that everything is expensive now a days, but their portions are extremely small and definitely over priced. In addition, the employees lack customer service. They definitely do not look like they are happy working there; therefore, it reflects in their poor service. We'll not be coming back to this location.

Ordered online through app. When I got there orders were by the cash register. Couple people waiting for help. Nada. Finally asked if we could just grab order with our name. We were told yea that’s fine. Got home opened the bag. Extreme disappointment. Smallest portions I ever seen. Very lazy/ cheap work. I know the restaurant makes money off how much they spend vs use, so that doesn’t surprise me. But I’ve been to some branches that will at least give you your moneys worth. Wasn’t my first bad experience at this location. But sure as hell will be my last.

The online only system is terrible! It’s five minutes from my job and I still ended up eating up my entire break just waiting for my order. The workers work hard but having 12 customers standing around the counter like hungry sharks isn’t a good move. Things would move a lot smoother to just have the normal ordering system.

Nice fresh food for a fast dining establishment with my wife and baby but the most important aspect was the service! The manager Ricky was very accommodating and warm which enhanced overall experience. Thank you for such outstanding service!

For what it's worth, they are short staffed and only doing online orders. We still ate inside. It's turned several people away, but the staff is working their butts off getting the orders out. Food was good as usual!

They close at 10. I went around 7, chicken & veggies were out, not sure how long before I got to the window it ran out, but I feel like they had enough time to at least restock one of the items. You know for the people who probably don't eat beef or pork

I want to echo what T.Parker commented before. We ordered double meat and got half of what we normally get. This is disgusting corporate greed. Eat somewhere else.
