It’s the worth Chipotle in USA. The customer service is very bad. Every time I order my food I will find out my order will be missing one meal, I start thinking they are doing it on purpose which is stealing my money. Besides that the kitchen is always dirty. The whole place is dirty as you enter from the door you will see food everywhere on the floor. They have the worth manger….. they are making me sick
This chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to just avoid it if you can.All the employees are rude, and seems to always be clueless to what they’re doing. This location isn’t well managed which leaves the young kids to make up the hours - they close an hour early and stop cooking way before 9, they don’t close till 10 pm. Also, they’re always out of some ingredient!! I can never make a bowl with everything I want. With that being said, tonight was the last chance. Good luck if you go!
This location has gone downhill lately. It used to be great when it was new, now it is one of the worst locations I have been to. They have rude employees, are frequently out of different ingredients, and routine close up early. They are supposed to stay open until 10, however they just start closing up whenever they feel like, usually 9pm or earlier. Was just there at 9pm and they had already shut down the kitchen and started cleaning, and had almost no food options remaining (out of chicken, rice, guac, lettuce)
Was supposed to have tomatoes and extra cheese but didn’t and was cold. Girls up front were too busy chit chatting to focus on the order.
People always tell me how great Chipotle is. This store was having a fund raiser for my Son's school. So I figured I'd try it again. Food was a bit salty and dry. Service was very slow and not that friendly. In summary, I probably won't go back. Too many other options near by that I think are better.
Placed an online order today but when I went to the store to pick up my food, my order wasn't there. No big deal just figured they were running behind. An employee asked for my name and said she didn't have it in the system. I showed her my confirmation email which has the store, pickup time, order details, and confirmation number. Employee said she still couldn't find it. So another employee came over and said they don't have it and there's nothing they can do. But the money was taken out of my account and I clearly have a valid order. Never offered any more help. Said if they made my order they would charge me again. Avoid doing online orders here, something seems suspicious. Hopefully corporate can refund my $30.
I'm really starting to dislike Chipotle. It seems that every time I go there they're out of one thing or another. This time they didn't have the fajitas and it was going to take 10 minutes because they are already cooking something else on the grill. This is after I waited 20 minutes in line. The chicken was burnt and as usual they gave a small portion. I believe that their quality and quality control has dropped drastically since they first started opening up in the area. I don't know if it's covid or something else but I don't plan on going to this particular store again. I'll try the Chipotle in Boca and see if they are any better.
This location has gone wayyy downhill. Do not order online. 10/10 times our order is wrong. Missing toppings or in numerous cases missing entire bowls. The worst part is, when you talk to an employee about it they are super rude. Quality in their food as declined dramatically along with their customer service. Absolutely will not return to this establishment. Especially since there some great new places around there
Online orders only. Still have to wait when you get there, if you're not present when they call your name, your order will not be made. Hard working employees, extremely understaffed and chaotic.
Absolutely horrible , my online orders are always messed up and thrown together messily. absolutely disappointing. Half of my bowl was missing and I haven’t even touched it.
