It was a Friday evening and we got there at close to 8:00 so it was very busy and we opted to sit at the bar, and I'm so glad we did! The bartender had the best sense of humor and he was very fast and efficient as well as entertaining! I look forward to coming back again and eating inside instead of the takeout I've been doing for the last two years!
Not great but not too bad. Ribs were delicious but cheese fries were dried out and seemed like they were old, left out too long. Also, we ordered curbside but when we arrived and checked in, we waited over 15 minutes before we ended up going inside to get our order. Others waiting for curbside did the same.
This was my second time ordering curbside from this location and each time the food was cold. I got there early & checked in and still have to wait 10-13 mins for my food.I ordered Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers w/ Coleslaw &FriesSpicy Shrimp Tacos w/ Mexican Rice &Black BeansPepper Pals Cheese Pizza w/&FriesIn the pictures the fries look half eaten and the coleslaw looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge over a week. The rice I received w/ the tacos was literally the bottom of the pot rice nasty & hard.I won’t be going back to this location…terrible.
It is a wonderful expérience when you come here! The staff is very friendly and understanding. I came here for a friends birthday and it was really lovely. The food is amazing, and the place is pretty clean. No complaints in full honesty.
This has been the worst Chili‘s dining experience I’ve had in my life. I placed an order online for pick up directly through the Chili’s website and this is what they served me. The quesadillas were so old and burnt that both sides of the quesadilla wouldn’t even stick together. If you rub both sides of the quesadilla together you could certainly start a fire— that is how dry and hard they were. The Texas cheese fries were also obviously old, cold and stiff with wet smelly bacon crumble on top and it looked like a bowl of vomit. I cannot believe they actually gave this to a person to eat. I have noticed with this Chili’s if you place an order online for carry out they automatically assume that it is an Uber eats order and they like to try to blame the food being cold on Uber eats. In this case however, I placed the order online directly via the Chili’s website and I picked it up from the restaurant only 10 minutes after placing the order online at around 12pm which is one of the least busiest time for this restaurant according to Google analytics. There was no excuse for that food to be cold or old. Absurd.
This is what was delivered. If i could give zero stars I would. I wish this store would just say their out of food instead of charging someone an arm and a leg for a meal that can't even feed a small child yet alone a baby. I ordered food for my son but instead was delivered crums. You will never get my money again I can guarantee that. I'll pass on your half eating plates you deliver through door dash. Its not the forst time this has happened either.
Portions are ridiculously smaller. Ordered takeout. Chicken crispers. Got that and a handful of fries and rice.
I placed an order through UberEats from Chili’s a few days ago. I ordered an Oldtimer burger, along with a few other items. I requested that my burger be cooked WELL DONE with NO PINK. Once I received the order, the Oldtimer burger was rare on the inside even though I asked for it to be cooked well done. I am 7 months pregnant and I cannot eat meat that is pink on the inside. Unfortunately, I took a bite out of the burger before I realized it was not cooked. This is the SECOND time this has happened! Please don’t order from Chili’s unless you want to put yourself at risk of food poisoning! I will NEVER eat from Chili’s again!
Food and service where great. It was a great surprise, Danny was attentive and all you could ask for. It is hard to find good food and service these days and we hope to come back and have the same.
Had a delightful dinner here on Veteran's Day. Staff was very attentive, even on a busy night. Food was awesome and we are looking forward to returning soon!
