I placed an order at 12:48 . I had an employees come out to me at 1:08 stated no one recalled my order so I need to place my order again my friend that was with me order same time and had her food out with in minutes. I went inside and talked to the manager and she disregarded everything I said and I continued to wait for my food . this is the 3rd time I come to this location and it’s the same thing everytime my order magically disappears.
Two things you can always count on. 1 the sun rising in the morning. The second, this Chik-fil-A leaving items out of your order. I normally order for four people and my bill is close to $40 just for items to be missing. Last visit 3 items were missing enough to make up one person's entire meal. I had to constantly go back for them to give me the items that I had paid for. Sometimes I'm in a hurry to get someplace I don't have time to have to catch their mistakes when I'm paying a premium. This issue only became more regular since 2020. And ordering in the app saves no time they only begin the order when you arrive. I'll avoid this place at all costs.

I have called multiple times a day for the past three days. I am trying to place a catering order over the phone because we are tax exempt. I have left a voicemail and have not heard back. Very disappointing, usually very good service from all chick fil across the board.
They use a 2 line system here with the numbers under the windshield wiper. Id say on average 10-12 minutes to wait and get food. Kinda tricky travel of direction the first time you go. Sorry, this review is for Coconut Creek location
Never had breakfast before from here and I am so mad no one told me. Had a chicken biscuit and egg biscuit with cheese. Some the freshest, non greasy, and very appetizing drive thru breakfast. Biscuits were soft and flaky. The chicken patty was very juicy and the egg with cheese made to perfection. No I added jelly to my chicken biscuit which took it to another level. Now I also must say that the staff are wonderful and this is my new fast food home.
I was waiting in line like 10 min today, being completely ignored. Turns out that they just ran out of fruit punch that I ordered and instead of offering me other options they just let me sit there. I’ll call it very bad service. Disorganized and messy place
Though it was a little hard to find, since it's essentially in a strip mall type of set-up, it was worth the visit. The staff was quick, efficient and friendly from order taker to food expediter. I was in and out with a delicious bag of hot, crispy and juicy original chicken sandwiches, hot and delicious waffles fries and cold lemonade. What more can you ask for? Oh...dessert. That was a warm chocolate chip cookie. Though not my most favorite (they add oats to theirs) it was still good.
Nice location. If you don’t want to stay in drive-thought line just park and order inside. It will be much faster
