of the Carvel's in the area, this one is our favorite you always get Quality Ice Cream here, good customer service, the line moves quickly, and they have inside and outside seating. we will return.

My experience at this location was so horrible that I had to call the corporate office. Within minutes of walking out of this store my 5 year old son’s cup of ice cream was almost completely melted. I kindly asked the associate for a different type of ice cream and her response was completely belittling…over a $1.99 cup of ice cream. After giving the associate a quick lesson on customer service she refused to give me the contact information of the owner and told me that she was the owner. After that experience, there is no way that lady could possibly be the owner. I will never ever visit this location again.

Very clean and very fast service. Awesome selection of ice cream and toppings. The young lady serving us was wonderful. And boy o boy to they have an awesome amount of great ice cream cakes. I feel like people sleep on carvel but it’s a mistake cause the ice cream is so good. Highly recommended checking them out
The ice cream was delicious. The staff were all masked and the patrons we're either masked or socially distancing. I would have given a five star but they never have black raspberry or cold brew coffee soft serve at this location

I visited this location to pick up a Fudgie the Whale birthday cake that I'd pre-ordered online. I had requested to pick it up on a Saturday at 3pm, and actually got to the store about an hour early. The employee behind the counter went to check on my order, and it was complete! Score! The cake was exactly what I ordered. The employee was very friendly, and efficient, and took my payment with no issues. The store itself was clean and spacious.Overall, this is a great location. If I ever need another Carvel ice cream cake (they're the BEST!), I will definitely use this store to fulfill the order.
