Bugs and black specs in my sprite . Luckily they didn’t give me a straw or I wouldn’t have noticed what I was drinking . Food also tastes stale and like it was left out all day
As all the reviews go with this Burger King I went in there waited 15 minutes for food I never got in a line that never moved I warn anybody ahead of time to not waste their time in this place if you’re hungry go someplace else the incompetence is real at the store again don’t go to the Burger King on University Drive coral springs it does not even deserve one star
I understand that people make mistakes, but this has happened multiple times at this particular BK. The workers do not take time to read special instructions. There are people with allergies and there comes a time when it is just plain negligence versus mistakes. It’s obvious management needs to stress the topic of allergies. In 2017, I used to work overnight in and I would stop by here to get a late meal and every time I was on the highway, I would realize something was wrong with my sandwich. Fast forward to 2022, I decided to give them a try. Same issue. Not once. Not twice. Three times. Come on! Don’t even think about calling because it goes straight to voicemail. Let’s not mention DoorDash… even worse. You’re stuck hungry and they do not accept redelivers.
This burger King has FRESH FOOD!!!! Literally the best in the area everytime I have gone my food is always nice and fresh
No whopper on 2 for 5 deal. Must ask for ketchup, salt and pepper. Nice soda machine.
At the drive through window I requested my order of two double whopper meals with onion rings instead of fries to be cooked freshly. At the window up on paying for my order I asked the worker at the window if both my whoppers and both onion rings were freshly cooked and he stated yes. As he was passing my items to me through the window I asked him again was these items freshly cooked and again he said yes and I said wow that really was quick for them to be freshly cooked (approx 4-5 minutes wait time). I get home and all my food is cool, not even warm. I just wasted $25 on food that I cannot eat because I do not like cold whoppers from Burger King nor cold onion rings.
Why is there black specs all over my hash browns. Management needs to check on the quality of the oil and the attitudes of their staff. This need new management. No wonder everyone goes to the BK in 441 instead of this one.
Very good for a regular fast food chain store. Ordered food was freshly made and you can taste and see medium made juicy meat patty and all fixings. Very friendly Yung crew professionals, thank you.
Do not go here , cashier is on the phone people in the back cursing, got my whopper 10 min after I ordered, fries came 20 min later. I had to ask for a refund. Buger king should look into replacing the management.
Don’t even bother coming here. I walked in (with only one other customer waiting in front of me) & stood around almost 10 minutes before the manager finally acknowledged my presence & said “We’ll be right with you.” I immediately made a beeline for the exit & headed down the street to McDonald’s. Also, no one wants to hear managers yelling at their employees..it just makes you guys look extremely petty!
