Brie provides exceptional service and her drinks are excellent 😉 food is great also can wait to come back again !
Calling all parents!! Kids eat free MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY and they’re starting trivia on Tuesday! This spot seems great for a fun time! Food was better than I remember it being 10 years ago and I will be back. Service by Dill Pickles (Dillian) and the person he was training was attentive and friendly. They allow smoking outside, which is cool if you’re a smoker, not so great if you’re just about anybody else (especially if you’re trying to eat food).
I visited this location with a couple friends to just chill and talk. Ive been to another location and It being a sports bar, place was kinda loud and busy and you know there’s just a certain level of service you expect from places like this. Our server Juli was way past our expectations. She was super nice and checked in on us often and I never had to flag her down for anything. Seriously the type of service you’d expect from a higher class place. Definitely coming back to this location from now on.
I took my employees here for a lunch break, away from the crowd. We were greeted & seated immediately. Despite seeing the ratio of employees to patrons, we got a comfortable spot outside on a high top.Our waitress Amanda, got our drink orders in immediately and was rather friendly, even thought we were smelly and wet. My techs just got from a house wash and I coordinated the meet before they have to run separate directions like usual. I love eating in a comfortable environment, where I can enjoy a good laugh, foods awesome, and staff is proficient. I'm quick to rate bad service, and would highly recommend making bru's room in Coral Springs my go to more frequently. I would definitely be spending more of my time, where the staff is amazing & food is great!!!
I recently placed an order for pick up on wings.2 orders of 16 and one order of bonesless. When I went to pick them up I check the box and everything looked fine. Unfortunately when I came home and opened the box I noticed when I grabbed the wings the side facing down on all the wings were blackened burnt. I called to see what my options were and since I wasn’t in the area anymore & I didn’t have the time to come in and return them. After 10 minutes of them unwilling to give me a refund they finally agreed to only charge me for the fries (which were soggy and 11$) for peace of mind I agreed to the charge. I don’t think it should have been a battle when I went to pick them up, got home and we’re completely disappointed in the trick to flip them upside down.
Had a cheeseburger and it was cooked exactly as asked. Great burger but they ran out of regular fries so had to get waffle fries. This was late afternoon so it would be safe to assume they had no fries for the dinner rush as well. Either someone ate or ordered a lot of fries, or the safe bet would be that it was a bad decision on inventory, hence the 4 stars. But other than that it was pretty good, and this was my first time here. Sat outside and it was a beautiful day, so it was nice to have outdoor seating
I sincerely wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place absolutely horrible from beginning to end! My server was Erica and I will not hold it against her because she has to deal with the patrons of this establishment and every last one of them was horrible.. loud boisterous cursing, drunk, one guy had On a “let’s go Brandon” shirt.. to show you the type of patrons that frequent here. Erica clearly was having a bad day and I can totally understand!!! 20% of my tip would’ve been $5.00 I gave her $10.00 I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!! The salad was soggy, the soup was salty, the bar and tables were sticky and smelly.. overall a totally a horrible experience I couldn’t wait to leave!
I was here last week with a party of 22 people, I have to say we had an amazing time and food was great! Anna who was our waitress was fabulous, and very attentive to our table. Anything we needed she was right there, she even danced and sang happy birthday with us! My guest and I were very pleased with the service we received here. We will be back!! Thank you.
Long day, came in to have a bite to eat and a few drinks with the family. The food was on point. Drinks were awesome. The service was quick and efficient. The manager even came by to check on us. Saving the best for last, our server PROMISE was THE BEST. Thanks to her, we will be new regulars.
I have been coming to Bru's room once in a while. For two years. The services and food weren't the best on someday. But lately, the services have been improving; I think Tod, The new management came to our table and introduced himself. He asks how things are now, and I tell him it's a lot better Than before. I will keep coming back now after the improved services.
