Port Saint Lucie store. Well done guys, with all the negativity around about service and restaurants and food, Bonefish Macs Exceeded my expectations. We ordered door dash and the food arrived in 40 minutes, which was impressive to start. We ordered Buffalo shrimp, sliders, potato skins, a fried seafood platter and honey garlic chicken tenders. A little more fried stuff then I usually would get take out, but it was all done really well. The fried seafood was flavorful and a good portion size, the chicken tenders crispy and tender and flavorful sauce, sliders were what they should be, potato skins were done well also. The sauces for the seafood platter and shrimp were in 4 oz containers, not trying to cheap out in the little ones. Togo boxes lined with nice deli paper, and packed well in brown bags and then placed in a large plastic bag with handles. Overall a great experience for take out. Kudos to everyone involved in making out meal. Thank you
was having appetizers a patron threw a dirty napkin it ended up in our food. I yelled at him and the bartender Aubrey accused us of starting trouble. if your not a regular don't bother going there. she needs to be fired.
Even though the sides that came with my meal didn't taste good to the point that I didn't eat them I still was going to give a decent review. I ordered ribs and they were good. Others in my party had burgers which they said were good. However I left out before my husband to go to the restroom and make a call. While gone our waitress asked my husband for a higher tip...I found that to be really inappropriate. He said he tipped her but she came and spoke to him about it because it wasn't the recommend amount. He said he felt uncomfortable, apologized and gave her more money. I didn't like that all. It was already done so I didn't make a big deal, but our food and service wasn't that great. We weren't a large party and other than our actual order we didn't even ask for anything or get checked on where a larger tip would be warranted. I would recommend skipping this spot and finding a place with well seasoned good food and respectable servers.
Let me just say I am excited to leave this review. Okay so I am not a HUGE seafood fan I mean I like it but it's never really called to me like "oh man I could go for some fish"... No...BUT after going here this past weekend I must say I am craving the Fish and chips! It was soo good. My 4yo loved the popcorn shrimp and me and my husband LOVED the fish and chips! I am literally craving it. The service was great, the server took his time explaining the menu. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning very soon!
We went for dinner the other night and even though the place was relatively empty, they put us in a booth in a very dark side of reataurant - had to use phone flashlight to read menu. Several people asked to be moved. Issue number 2: who has ever heard of serving French fries with a Mexican burrito??? Stupid, stupid, stupid!! Ever heard of chips - they are on the menu, maybe a few with some salsa??? FF go with sandwiches, entrees, hotdogs and hamburgers BUT NOT BURRITOS!! Asked waitress, she just shrugged her shoulders, said "that's what it always comes with "!! Asked for some chips, she said she would ask the manager - 10 minutes later a basket of chips shows up and we are advised of a $1.00 up charge. We asked why and a smart a** comment of "I don't write the menu" is what she told us. A good manager would have comped them or said something to us but when restaurants need business, this manager and snitty waitress are running them away! You certainly did us!!
The fish and chips was absolutely delicious.
The place was clean and I never realized there was an outside bar which was pretty cool. Being extremely hot and muggy I wanted to be indoors. I went with a large party and sat in a great spot that fit us all.
This was our 1st visit. At 1st I was a little disappointed because after the server took our drink order she took a long time to return for our food order. In her defense, it was very busy. But once we put our food order in, everything went very well. We ordered the popcorn shrimp and homemade potato chips as an appetizer. They were not greasy at all. The shrimp was lightly breaded and golden. We also ordered the teriyaki salmon, chicken and pasta and key lime grilled chicken. All of which was very good. We all could finish our meals. The portions were large and the cost was reasonable. We will go back.
Max helped my friend and I tonight and he was super down to earth and understanding! We had a lot of questions and he answered each one with no hesitation. The drinks are too good not to get. Every deal is worthwhile ! I got the absolut cran and it was made perfectly ! The Mac dog is very juicy and flavorful. The fish and chips were also amazing! I will definitely be coming back and asking for Max … Bonefish Macs ? More like Bonefish MAX !!!
I could've given it a 5 star, but 2 things kept me from that. First the positives, had the fish & chips which were very good and large portions. Our waitress, Alexandra, was great. Very attentive and explained the menu options. Now for the negatives. It's very dark inside and I needed the flashlight on my phone to read the menu, and I ordered a gin & tonic that came with flat tonic water, Alexandra replaced it, was 2nd one was flat also. We will definitely go back to try more of the menu based on last night.
